“I was hesitant on coming here because of the mixed reviews. However, Louisiana haven't did not disappoint! Everything was cooked perfectly. We got the catfish shrimp and Fried Chicken. Nothing was overly greasy. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked well. We got the sides of the collard greens, potato salad and red beans and rice and Mac and Cheese. The Mac and Cheese was off tha hook! Everything was really good. The greens were slightly salty. That's the only nitpick I can give on everything that we had. The cornbread looks weird but it tasted really good. It was a fluffier lighter cornbread that I'm used to the more dense kind of cornbread, but I was pleasantly surprised the catfish was super meaty and the portions were all very generous. We couldn't finish everything for the sides. I also got the potato salad and that was really good as well as the red beans and rice. Overall We were very satisfied!“

“Jackson Catering was fantastic. My wife and I had them cater our wedding on 9/7/24 at Black Oak and the food was fantastic, our guests loved it.
From the beginning of our interactions Danica and Julie were amazing. They both answered any and all of our questions during our inital phone call and were super accommodating during our first tasting and final tasting. They are very communicative and replied to emails within the day.
I personally have a gluten allergy and they were able to make me a separate dish to accommodate my dietary needs for the big day.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to host an event. 11/10 will use them again.“

Since first meeting them til after our wedding, we never doubted we’d found the most amazing caterers for our event. Our guests were raving to us about food and drinks served at the wedding. “The best steak I’ve had, ever!!!” Is the kind of response you don’t always expect to have from many of your guests at your wedding, but that is what happened.
Their service is second to none and is breaking ground in the catering industry for the standard of culinary services available.

“We had Hannibal's cater an 85th Birthday Party this weekend. The food was great, very tasty prime rib & mashed potatoes. The service was wonderful (Samantha), she did a great job all on her own! She did all the set up and take down, I can't say enough about this Catering Company. I will use them again for other events.“

The Chicken Strips were so tender and juicy! The Snapper was crunchy and flaky...I love the seasoning they use!! THEM COLLARDS BABY!!! OOOOOWEEEEE!!! Talk about TENDER!!! And oh so flavorful!! The Mac&Cheese was so cheesy and creamy, without being greasy...so good!! The garlic fries were so fresh, hot and crispy!! And all the portions were big!
To say I'm one satisfied customer...is an understatement...If you are in the mood for a "down home" "Deep South" dining experience from a Food Truck...come on down here to Delicious Dishez!!! ??? Your tummy & taste buds will thank you!!!

“I ordered a breakfast catering for my 20 employees. The catering was full 'service', meaning delivery, set up, breakdown, all utensils, heated chafers....the works. It was fantastic, the food was a hit. Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, chicken sausage (and peppers!), pancakes, oj and water. They were in and out quickly and were very professional and organized.“

There’s no keeping this a best-kept secret—not with its simmering green pozole that can cure any ailment, nor its cochinita pibil, which hits all the right spots. The mole enchiladas may be the best in Northern California; those who crave a taste of Mexico City and East LA will not be disappointed.“

“This was a surprising Diamond in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It looks like it was a small cornerstore at one time and has been family owned for decades. I really love the food and the hospitality was human to human style laid back down to earth treatment. The cost is a touch higher than you would expect but it delivered on quality. “As the owner of Sacramento Catering Collective, I’d like to thank Rhonda for all of her help thus far. Some of you writing poor review might be misinterpreting her frankness. This is a business and she has to stay on top of things. As far as cleanliness goes she is very on top of keeping things in order and anyone renting the kitchen can attest to, it is required to be completely sanitized and mopped after each use. She is very understanding on many aspects of running a catering/food business. Do you part and things will be just fine.“

“We ordered some Oysters. And the oysters were delicious. ✨FYI- BUT the workers & order taker, you guys DEFINITELY need to have better communication with your staff & workers. We waited 20mins at the restaurant while the staff members were clueless on our order that we ordered 45mins beforehand. Not knowing we have to go to Oyster Bar in Natomas to pick up. We came from EG. And the staff at the restaurant had no clue & didn’t believe us our text conversation we had with the employers, the ones we contacted for the Oysters order. After about 30 mins wait. We finally got our oysters. But we made sure we counted them. Becuz the employees were NOT friendly. And seemed like they were bothered. But Happy 4th!!“

“used Tonys for a birthday/celebration of life for my Father last weekend. Ordered the pre-made sandwiches with all the fixuns to be delivered at 11 am. on time friendly, delicious and more than enough food. will use again if needed. fantastic is all I can say“
