“My husband and I stopped at Togos on Laguna and received the worst service ever! The lady taking our order got the order wrong when we got home two hours later to eat our lunch our order was wrong and I called back and she said she couldn’t do anything about it and would have a Manager called back. The manager never called back. We will not go back to this particular Togos again.“

“I attended an event catered by Shef Madres Catering a while back, and I still remember how good the food was! The mac and cheese balls were delicious, the seasonal salad was fantastic, and OMG — the scallops were amazing.
More recently, I stopped by to check out their deli takeout, and the sandwiches are crazy good. It’s great to see that same quality and creativity in their everyday food.
Highly recommend Shef Madres Catering for a catered event or for a delicious deli lunch in the Sacramento area!“

“I want to take a moment to thank Darrell for his awesome customer service. He was so kind and I appreciate him making my order and getting everything right. He had a great smile and greeted me immediately. The other workers there were also doing a great job assisting their customers but Darrell was definitely the standout. “We ordered some Oysters. And the oysters were delicious. ✨FYI- BUT the workers & order taker, you guys DEFINITELY need to have better communication with your staff & workers. We waited 20mins at the restaurant while the staff members were clueless on our order that we ordered 45mins beforehand. Not knowing we have to go to Oyster Bar in Natomas to pick up. We came from EG. And the staff at the restaurant had no clue & didn’t believe us our text conversation we had with the employers, the ones we contacted for the Oysters order. After about 30 mins wait. We finally got our oysters. But we made sure we counted them. Becuz the employees were NOT friendly. And seemed like they were bothered. But Happy 4th!!“

“We had Hannibal's cater an 85th Birthday Party this weekend. The food was great, very tasty prime rib & mashed potatoes. The service was wonderful (Samantha), she did a great job all on her own! She did all the set up and take down, I can't say enough about this Catering Company. I will use them again for other events.“
