Loved the BBQ sandwich!
OMG I have worked in hospitality most of my life and never had a filet so tender EVER. I literally could tear it apart with my fingers and no knife. Like Butter. Shef Madres recently catered my sisters 70th birthday. The staff was fabulous. Polite, attentive, always back with a delicious bite of something. The presentation top knotch. This year I really needed an assist for our annual Passover dinner. I wanted an abundance of seasonal sides for 25 people. Jennifer did an incredible job and knowing I was totally pushed for time, she dropped off my order to my home. My guests could not stop asking me about her roasted cauliflower with hummus, brown butter almond sauce and chermoula. The creamy buttery mashed potatoes and the farro salad were also a hit.
