I attended an event catered by Shef Madres Catering a while back, and I still remember how good the food was! The mac and cheese balls were delicious, the seasonal salad was fantastic, and OMG — the scallops were amazing.
More recently, I stopped by to check out their deli takeout, and the sandwiches are crazy good. It’s great to see that same quality and creativity in their everyday food.

Shef Madres Catering catered a private dinner party in our Sacramento home, and everything was outstanding. Chef Jennifer Millsap and her team were professional, attentive and wonderful to work with from start to finish. The buffet-style menu featured fresh, seasonal dishes that were absolutely delicious.
