Needed a simple yet tasty lunch for an office meeting and Lunch Box Express delivered. Their website had LOTS of information and they took my order on the phone with ease. The order was delivered exactly at the time I ordered and they set up left before I could say thank you. The food was fresh and yummy! Changed from bad review to 4 stars because Rich, the owner personally called and we spoke. Accountability goes s long way in my book. Good man. Owned the mistakes I experienced and walked me through their usual process which is to make fresh food and deliver it on time. He cares. So 4 stars and I will be back!!
