“I can't say enough good things about Eric and the Valiant Coffee team. I've always loved their coffee as it's freshly roasted, amazingly delicious and local to us. This year I decided to share some of my favorite coffees with all our customers and they quickly roasted and put together over 200 bags of coffee. The bags looked fantastic, the coffee smelled amazing and it was a huge hit with all our customers! Eric made it so easy to order, kept me updated on the progress and even delivered it all right to my door step. Thanks again!“

“Only on my first week, my only regret is I haven’t found this place sooner! Wow, they do an amazing job making healthy food taste GOOD. My husband is picky and he loves the meals too. We are so happy we found a way to continue eating healthy with a two parent working home… no more cooking in the kitchen I can spend my free time with my kids and still know we will enjoy our healthy dinner. Can’t recommend enough if your goals are healthy (but really delicious) CLEAN meals. And they taste just as fresh many days after arrival!UPDATE FOUR MONTHS LATER: I had surgery and only ate these meals for four days after. I recovered twice as fast as expected and felt really good within days (I don’t think it’s a coincidence). It also made it so my husband didn’t have to worry about food. “We had Randy peters catering do our wedding on March 16 and it was perfect from start to finish! Our server was Heather, and she could not have been more efficient, friendly, and accommodating. The food was amazing. Heather came out and had beautiful decorations that she set up, I just can’t say enough about how happy I am about the service and the food. I highly recommend Randy peters catering, and will be using them again!I also want to give kudos to Kristina In her office for helping me plan the menu, figure out how much food I needed and make recommendations. She was so sweet and easy to work with. All in all just a wonderful wonderful experience on our special day!“

“My kids actually chose this place for my birthday dinner! I was a little skeptical because of the name of the restaurant and the fact that we were bringing our young grandkids. All I could envision was a crowded bar/pub type place that catered to the college crowd. Was I ever wrong! It wasn't too crowded, and we were able to get right in, no wait. Our large party was seated at a table plenty big enough to accommodate us comfortably. The menu was diverse enough so that it had something for everyone, including a kids menu. Our drinks were delivered promptly, and our food order followed shortly afterward. We ordered burgers, the Ribeye French Dip, Cali Chicken Sandwich, and other things, along with several appetizers. I highly recommend the Ribeye French Dip. Super flavorful and tender (even when I had to reheat the last half the next day). Service was over the top good, with friendly staff who made great suggestions. There was even live music that was actually entertaining.We've added University of Beer to our list of fun places to go. Don't be afraid of taking the kids!“

“The food has gotten way better after the big lock down thing. First time being back after many years this spaghetti factory iis a bit pricey over others.The soup is surprisingly very good. I love the cabbage in it and the flavor is awesome.Doesn't look pretty but taste delicious.The pasta is very pleantyful and our server was very good“

I'd order it again.There was a charge for chips and salsa, but they were very generous with giving second and third servings of chips and salsa.Margarita was miniature and not that good.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options. “They can’t separate receipts.Got the 101 burger which was really good. Cooked well and didn’t fall apart while eating.Got the “First time Flyer” 6 beer sampler with it. They had to sub out one off the beers as they had ran out but was still good.The issue was at the end where they couldn’t divide the receipt. A little disappointing as we had to calculate between three of us for expenses.“

Let me tell you the “All” meat Gyro is the most flavorful, tender and delicious ever meat I’ve ever had. My family of 4 ate comfortably and even enjoyed some homemade baklava!This dessert needs its own paragraph it’s so yummy!! Flaky honey sweetness with a little crunch when I say if you can’t eat the Baklava right after your delicious meal definitely take it to go you won’t be disappointed it’s a perfect way finish an amazing meal from Restaurant owners that care and cook with there heart.So this is definitely our New top 2 picks to eat per myself as well as my family agree!!“
