First Toast is a small, adorable, and clean restaurant that is organized and welcoming. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and surprisingly calming, even on a Sunday. The staff is very nice, professional, and friendly. Service is tremendously fast, and the staff gives many options. The food is amazing, delicious, and fresh, real, and house made. Specific meals mentioned include toast and eggs, which were so yummy, an omelet that was to die for, and a pancake with butter that was so creamy and sweet. The jam was jammin. Other meals include a wet burrito with salsa verde and medium-rare ribeye, with pico de gallo on the side. The salsa verde was so flavorful and delicious. The ribeye was cooked perfectly. A cucumber margarita was made perfectly, cooling and incredibly refreshing. The breakfast scramble was amazing, as was the BLT. One of the best Eggs Benedict platters, with hash browns that were also perfectly cooked. It looked like a smaller platter when presented but was perfectly filling. Fresh squeezed orange always sets a place apart. All options felt thought out and elevated. Highly recommended.
