With 2 people in line, including myself, it took these guys almost a half hour to make me a single burger combo. I just don't get it. I only have an hour for lunch and half of it is spent waiting for my sandwich in a place that's not even busy. That's BS if you ask me.

Don't waste your time and just go to Burger King close by. Over priced small and horrible all around. The person in the drive thru was dry, didn't say thank you bye nothing and the sandwich was horrible.

Twice we have tried to order the Star Cheeseburger over the phone, thinking we were getting a single patty. (Ordering online isn't an option for Lodi, so you can call and order in) The $30 total should of been a clue. Both times, we got a triple patty burger that you can't even get your mouth around. They are VERY delicious though. My man loved every bite! I just hate having to give my 2 extra patties to my pets. The fries this last time were very salty as well.

And even though early in day. Trash overflowing and everything was filthy. Hopefully the kitchen was in better condition Asked for knive and it took him almost 5 min, and requested at least twice even though under counter

Greatest burger I've ever had for two meals worth the 37 bucks way better than Carl's Jr at 34 and burger King at 27 the fries are to die for also burger was was made to specs everything was evenly spread with other bacon burgers and I'm talking about double bacon king bacon even smothered bacon the last few bites you don't taste anymore bacon but with the five star last bite had bacon and that's what makes it worthwhile so the cooks really know how to make burgers and fries can't wait to try the rest of the menu including my all time favorite pastrami
Asked what’s the difference between the avocado burger and the guacamole burger and I got told the guacamole burger was “bigger” that was definitely not the difference. For $16.50 for a meal I’d go elsewhere

If you get your food to go, open the box. The food was so hot and fresh that by the time I got home it was soggy from steaming in the box.
The food is just okay, kind of expensive, and takes a while to make once you order. That's probably because they make it fresh. I think all of the side foods come frozen in a bag. Maybe that's standard, but from this place, you can really tell.
