I decided to stop by and grab myself a quick healthy drink. I tried the berry lavender smoothie. It was too lavendery for me. It was overpowering to my taste buds. My wife loved it. The greens drink was pretty good to me. so I finished that one. Inside was nice and clean, they had tables and chairs outside and the parking lot had a good amount of spots available. The employees were nice and friendly and my drink came out quickly. A good option if you are looking for a healthy drink.

I was going to juice it up for a pick me up but that's not what happened. Unfortunately their recipe changed for melon madness and when I tasted the drink I immediately could tell the difference. Tasted nothing like the original. So I talked to the employee about it and she expressed how it use to be her favorite too but is no longer. Asked if I could replace it she said yeah I'd just have to pay full price again. Not a good experience if I'm going to waste money. Honestly the only establishment I've been to that wouldn't either suggest a way to fix it or replace it with no cost. Hope they can improve on being understanding to their consumers so they'll be inclined to come back.

Dear Juice It Up Management,I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your Lodi, California location on August 1, 2023. As a long-time resident of Lodi and a regular patron of your store, I was shocked by the treatment I encountered during my recent visit.At approximately 7:46 pm, I entered the store to purchase two large açai bowls. Despite the store's closing hours being 8 pm, the server at the front, Kylee Krogstad, informed me that they had only one minute left and couldn't take my order. When I reminded her of the business hours, she became visibly upset, displaying a rude and unapproachable attitude.I believe that excellent customer service is crucial for any business, especially a local franchise like Juice It Up, which relies on the support of the community. As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, which unfortunately was not the case during this visit.I strongly urge you to consider implementing sensitivity training and customer service techniques for your staff. This will not only improve the overall experience for customers but also help build a better relationship with the community.I hope that my feedback will be taken into serious consideration, as I believe it is vital for your business to maintain a positive reputation within the local community. I drove across town to get a juice all to be told they clean the juicer at 7:30 if that was the case you guys should add that to your menu and warn people not to expect juices by 7:30 although they close at 8pm waste of time and gas money, not even an apology either! What an inconvenience

I saw an ad Instagram add so I downloaded the app. Used my free medium code/deal with $5+ purchase. I ordered 2 medium drinks and I was given a medium and a small drink. If you can't honor that code then don't offer it. They clearly both have medium stickers on it yet the free just had to be placed in a small cup, how cheap! This is not how you introduce people to your business. Also the wait time said it'd be ready in 30 minutes I went in 5 minutes of to check out what else they had my smoothies were already made sitting inside the fridge...

I currently go to Juice It Up! in Lodi every day at least twice a day I get the same smoothie every visit and I will probably continue to go as long as they are open they have amazing customer service, and the quality of their smoothies and the food that goes into them are flawless can't say anything about the decor because it's pretty basic there is no available seating inside, but there are two small tables with two chairs, each in front of the business but other than that I look forward to this smoothie every single day to start my day. The owner is there at least five days a week every morning opening up the business which is exactly how I think, a business should be run. If you want things to be done right you always have to be involved and that's exactly how the owner treats this business. As far as the price point goes, it's in line with every other similar business and honestly, I feel like they could probably charge more, and I would not even care because the quality and the customer service are perfect if you're looking for a healthy alternative and a great way to start your day this is the business to do that at.

Employee was very nice but my açaí bowl was soupy and barely even the consistency of what an açaí bowl is supposed to be . I thought maybe it was just the top but it only got slightly thinking at the bottom. I took it to go so I can't even get a refund. Disappointing for an $11 bowl

Juice it Up is becoming a regular place for me. I've always been a fan of smoothies, but I only get ones with no filler (no yogurt, soy, sorbet, or sweetened additions). Luckily they have some options here. I rotate between The Tumeric, The Greens, and The Reds. All three are good and very filling. If you want something healthy, definitely give them a try.

Back at it again! Went in and was met with smiling faces and laughter that could light up a room. Kylee and Sandra did a great job making me feel welcomed and ensured I will keep coming back here for some scrumptious smoothies. Viviana, who is also an employee, came in on her own time just to help around, shows that the staff is well trained and always willing to help each other. Cheers to them!
