Juice it Up is becoming a regular place for me. I've always been a fan of smoothies, but I only get ones with no filler (no yogurt, soy, sorbet, or sweetened additions). Luckily they have some options here. I rotate between The Tumeric, The Greens, and The Reds. All three are good and very filling. If you want something healthy, definitely give them a try.

I decided to stop by and grab myself a quick healthy drink. I tried the berry lavender smoothie. It was too lavendery for me. It was overpowering to my taste buds. My wife loved it.
