“Sonora location. Tried when first opened and few weeks ago. It was clean (new) and great service. Re-visited yesterday and totally the opposite! Counter was dirty, all food was low. It was 4 o’clock and not busy. The cook, other gentleman and waitress was very unprofessional and unsanitary! The cook, yes while wearing gloves, continued to touch dirty services and our food. At one point he had his cell phone in his hand looking at it while cooking our food. Phone back in dirty pocket, touching his hair then back to cooking our food! The conversation between the three of them were load and unprofessional. I was so ready to leave! Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.“

“This could easily have been a 1 star rating. The staff were completely overwhelmed. The restaurant was filled to the brim with people. I must have waited in the line for at least 20 minutes. So, why the 5 star rating? I could tell they were short staffed. They could have let their frustrations get the best of them and quit trying, but I saw something beyond inspirational. They all pulled together to support one another and the whole thing was like a wonderful symphony. Was everything perfect? Absolutely fn not, but as my partner said,”It was art!” ….
