I would like to make a formal complaint about one of the workers there. My fiancée and I were wine tasting in the area, with our family to find providers for our 2027 wedding. We arrived to the Nostra Vida Winery 5/31/2026 around 5:30pm. We ordered food and multiple tasting flights to enjoy. We unknowingly sat in the unoccupied “members only” section, while during the entirety of our visit there was one other party sitting in that section. We were enjoying our time but towards the end of our visit we were approached by one of the male workers. He approached our party and asked who was a member of the winery. My father then replied that “ we are actually not members” and the male worker replied “ well actually this section is for members only and there is a fee” when we replied to him that we were sorry for sitting there and the male worker replied “ yeah it’s disrespectful to do that“ then proceeded to walk away. After this interaction my father went inside to pay our tab and wanted to talk to that male worker. My father explained that that we have been long time patrons of this winery and the way the male worker approached us and spoke to us about the member only fee ruined our experience and made us feel unwelcome and unvalued as customers. At no point during this interaction were we offered a membership or the opportunity to rectify the mistake. My family and I did not appreciate the way the worker talked to us and how he ruined our tasting while we were still prepared to pay our respective dues to the establishment. This behavior is uncalled for and unexpected. As non members we are no longer interested in revisiting this winery due to the inhospitable atmosphere created by the employees and the improper use of language when addressing paying customers. We will not be considering this winery to be a provider for our wedding nor will my family or I return as patrons simply due to the disrespect we were treated with as customers. I hope that this will be rectified, not for myself or for my family; for future training and customer relations as in any hospitality industry the objective should be to encourage customers to feel welcome and hopefully become members of the establishment. Although this will not be the case for myself, my family, or any friends. For any future questions please contact me directly.

The wine is fantastic, the family who runs it is warm and welcoming, and the vineyard views are stunning. Their red blends are a must-try, and we appreciated how they took the time to share their passion with us.
The outdoor patio is the perfect spot to relax with a glass, and it’s so nice that they’re dog-friendly. This is easily one of our favorite wineries in the Lodi area. Already planning our next visit!

I really like this Winery and it has been about a year since I've been here and I do not like the bathroom set up. Male and female mix, I am not comfortable goin in there knowing a man is in the next stale. It feels unsafe and its definitely not a good idea. The old way was much safer.

Chad is the Main Reason we all come to Nostra Vita winery!! I highly recommend this winery for private parties. Chad always makes us feel Welcomed! Love the Champagne variety here and the indoor or outdoor atmosphere here!! They now have Pizzas for purchase here!! You WON’T be disappointed!! Cheers 🍾🥂

I found this place on Google, I looked up wineries with sparkling wine. This place was NOT a disappointment. It's absolutely beautiful inside and out, the staff was friendly. We did a sparkling wine flight and everything that we tasted was so good! They do offer 3 other flights with white and red wines. I definitely recommend adding this beautiful place to your list next time you go wine tasting.

I always have a great time at Nostra Vita. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, the wine is delicious (Nostra Vita also had sparkling wine slushies and a mimosa flight during yesterday's event as well), and the music for jazz Sunday yesterday was incredible! We also enjoyed the food from a local food truck which we enjoyed. I made reservations for a party of 13 and all of us had a great time. Everyone wants to come back very soon.

Great venue a lot of opportunities and ideas can be brought to this space for special events, wedding receptions etc. Also The band they had playing last night, Los Cochinos was awesome. One of the best new Latin bands I've seen in a long time!!
