Seems to me Panera has slipped a bit. Their bagels & croissants have shrunk! I had their asiago breakfast sandwich which was very tasty but rather small & on another day had the croissant breakfast sandwich again very tasty however the croissant was very sad looking! I think I'll seek out other bagel/croissant places for Breakfast. Service however was cheerful & excellent.
I give it three stars because the price has become so stinkin' expensive. Also the young lady who took our order had big diamond things hanging off her lip. I have an issue with that in a business. She was pleasant enough it just looks unappealing.
Vegetarian options: Lots of choices and you can sub just about anything they make. Just make sure to check your to-go bags, before you leave. I can't tell you how many times I've assumed Everything is good only to get home and mine's MIA. :/ More than a few times!
