My family always loved this place, but it has gone so far downhill that we won't be back. We kept trying, thinking maybe they were having a bad day, but it seems like they are all bad days now. Quality and quantity of food is so disappointing now. The staff doesn't listen or care and sushi is too expensive to get it wrong. I ordered two different tuna appetizers without spice or seafood salad, and got the complete opposite. Spent over $100 after tip and got maybe $30 worth of food I didn't enjoy.

Went to dinner with my Auntie here and it was super good. The staff was super attentive and was always refilling our water and asking if we were okay.

Love Shangrila. Have been coming for quite some time. Food always hits and drinks never miss. The baked mussels and miso soup are great.

We come here for the atmosphere and the good food. Love the sports talk , the great service and acknowledgment from Benny and Jaime and all the other employees.

Food was great! They were very slow to greet guests, and seat them considering it was a Monday and not many people in the restaurant. I don't know if maybe they needed more staff but even taking orders was slow.

my boyfriend and i had our very first date at Shangri La, and it’s been a special place for us ever since. our bartender Jimmy took care of us that night, and ever since then we always ask for him whenever we come back.

Jimmy is honestly the best—he’s always so kind, welcoming, and treats us with so much respect. we hadn’t seen him in a few months, but when we came back he still recognized us right away and even gave us a hug. it really feels like seeing a friend when we come in.

the food is always amazing too. the atomic bomb roll is our absolute favorite, and the stuffed jalapeños are so good.

if you come here, definitely sit at the bar and ask for Jimmy—you won’t regret it!

I got chicken teriyaki with steamed rice & the salt and pepper chicken wings. Both were just okay. Too pricey, and portion sizes are small.

Portion was a good size and price was great. Food was hot and tasty (mostly). The chicken and beef was super tender! The garlic noodle and fried rice could have used a little more flavor. For the fried rice, I wish the chicken was more seasoned before getting tossed in w the rice. But if you're eating as a side along w other stir fry, it'll be perfect. But that's just my taste bud. Will definitely be back tontry more food.

I've never seen a good restaurant go down hill so fast. We spend $100+ every time we go, and the last few times have been mess up after mess up. Things like taking over 45 minutes longer that originally said to missing parts of our order. When I called and tried to get a refund they refused. I would expect this kind of service from somewhere like taco bell. I will no longer be attending this establishment. And telling everyone I know to never go back.

I quickly ran through the reviews and I did not notice that all the top star reviews were 6 months to a year ago. The miso soup had sugar in it and wonton strips it was terrible. The hot sake tasted like it was low grade with a high chance of a terrible headache in the morning. The garlic chicken was more sauce than chicken just drowning in it. The seaweed that wraps the sushi is hard and tough to chew through. Don't go.
