Albertos Mexican Food

Service was great but I have to give two stars based on this being a fast food chain and by far this is the worst one. Albertos on West Highland Ave in San Bernardino puts this place to shame the ingredients here taste like a cheaper version. I ordered my mother a Number 4 the plate was poorly put together. I also order me a carne asada burrito and the meat was over cooked like hard. Service was great really nice staff but the food was mid at best. Place was also clean

Food was good but wont be coming back here again. Ordered a breakfast burrito and when food came out they told me I was only allowed one salsa. Almost $13 for an egg, bacon, potato breakfast burrito yet they can't afford to give me an extra salsa? Just decent customer service and offering an extra salsa would've been at least 4 stars. But rude and condescending dropped them down to 1. Go to Primos or Rosie's/Rosa Maria's. Better food and customer service.

Actually so sad they aren’t 24 hours anymore. I use to come here to get food after work since it was on my way home but by the time I get off now it’ll be too late so I don’t think I’ll be stopping by much anymore. Hope they’ll reconsider their hours

I’m truly impressed every time I dine here. Just when I assume my top dishes can’t get any richer or more exciting, the kitchen surprises me with something even more stunning. I went for a surf & turf this time, and the portion was so huge I wasn’t sure I could finish it. Huge respect to the young crew running the place. you can see the passion they put into every plate.

Was closed when the sign and hours claimed it was 24 hours,it was 5:45am on a Sunday but I guess not every business is true to its hours posted online ,thanks for making me waste time driving there.

My friends and I got out of a show at 11 pm and we were starving. They all had the munchies and as the designated driver I decided that we should go to this albertos. We showed up and placed our order, it was about 5 of us. Thankfully we had an amazing employee serving us, he was working alone and he made our food in a swift manner and he served us. He was incredibly kind and patient with us and called us “mijo”. What an incredible dude who helped out our cravings. His name was Rogelio, thank you so much.

Man spent 2 minutes in a convo with some random dude before finally taking my order. He then spent the next 5+ minutes continuing to talk to the dude before deciding to go prep stuff in the back.
Also 5 bucks for a medium drink? Are you serious? And why do they have wetzels pretzels cups?

i ordered a carne asada burrito and it almost tasted what i remember albertos burritos use to taste like , was pretty good, tortilla was a little hard but the guacamole and meat tasted good,

Good last minute pick up food. Not bad at all for 24hrs. Most places are closed. Good food, salsas are good.

Not coming back asked for more salsa and was told my order only comes with one salsa ! I have never heard that from any restaurant.
