Albertos Mexican Food

Super fries had GROUND BEEF not carne asada. Hair found inside the FOOD . DISGUSTING , DO BETTER .

Burrito was cold and salty and cashier was rude. I asked for pico and guacamole to be added to my burrito and she told me no.

Worst albertos I ever been to the cashier lady was rude af the food tasted like it came from like a week ago im definitely reporting to health department and calling ice on them

I like when Alberto's has the thick country style fries.

Used to love coming here but through the years it's like the service withered, portions are smaller or depends on who's cooking I guess and lately always stingy with salsa..if I ordered 3 meals how you gonna give someone only 2 salsas...

Normally when I go the food is amazing but that I just got home and instead of carne asada fries they have me chicken. How we got chicken out of carne asada is beyond me.

How do you order food on DoorDash and you don’t include any hot sauces. You don’t give an option to order hot sauce. But who does not order hot sauce when they order Mexican food?

Don't bother coming here. It's disgusting! My hot cheeto fries had stale ass cheetos and the fries were not even cooked all the way through and were old. Had huge chunks of carne asada that was lumped together and cold. I asked for bean and cheese on one of the carnitas burrito and no Pico de Gallo, had no bean and cheese on it, which i paid extra for, and had so much Pico de Gallo I couldn't eat it. These guys that work on the weekends are useless and make terrible food. I spent $80 buying for my entire family and it tasted like awful leftovers from days ago! I threw it out and am pissed off! Don't bother going in here. Be warned now!

cannot get salsa for my carne asada fries unless 50 cent more... i ordered asada fries , foods was low quality 15$ for crapp fries foods barley any asada in , seriously this had to be the lowest quality Roberto's anywhere....
the foods looked burned i just tossed it. not going to eat this.

They act like they have no idea what your talking about and are very good at acting stupid
I wanted a generic carne asada fries and the cashier was so stupid or acted as such I had to walk out
They wanted to charge Me over 23 dollars for a simple asada fries
I can't believe how stupid these people are
I absolutely will not be coming back
I'm in front of the shop right now waiting for someone to come and ask Me about this post

The food is disgusting here I ordered burritos And wings from this place and it was mad trash Let out the meat taste like it’s been left outside for days And their salsas are mad trash as well I see why they’re 24 hours.

I was so upset, i feel like the lady who took my take out order did it on purpose out of spite. No drive thru or nothing. She heard me perfectly fine, I simply said no beans because i am allergic! And i was so kind to her And this lady put NOTHING BUT BEANS in my burrito when i took a bite.
