Service was not that good. Fries were warm and soft. The person that gave me my food didn't ask if I needed condiments. I had to ask for them and then was given 4 ketchup packets and 4 hot sauce packs for 2 combo meals. I asked for more and was told I had to wait as they walked away. Another employee helped me out and gave me what I asked for.

Manager (Robert) gave me stale old fish tacos and my fries were cold & old. Fish was chewy and had a rotten taste??. I work in the restaurant industry and never tasted fish that tasted like that before and I actually like del tacos fish tacos in general and they never taste like that! It was 2AM not a single person in drive through! I get those are "lazy hrs" but that's not excuse. Your food should be served fresh or at least up to health inspections quality!!! I'm even more shocked that man is getting manager money to do nothing! There should be NO reason why my food should've left that drive through window like that. It's been a minute since I've had a meal THIS bad and im not even a complainer!! The owner or management need to fire or retrain Robert. When I called he was nice but didn't really care there was no real concern shown just "I'll take your name and just come back and get it replaced and say I took your name down" but in my head I'm like you're a manager who didn't show or take no accountability for even serving food like that. If you can't even serve fresh food with NO lines or a single customer in the drive through at 2am how are you even a manager!!??? Thats LAZY! Why get a job that you don't like? I'm a regular at del taco but the food quality tonight is where I draw the line at. If I was the owner dude would be demoted, fired, or hrs would be cut because that manager is forsure getting a free check to do nothing on the clock during those hrs. Most owners care about bodies than the people being able to have good customer service. Also hard to be comfortable even speaking up cause gotta make sure they dont spit in your food. Smh guess this is why most of us cook instead.

Del Taco just isn't what it used to be. It's very sad. The food just does not taste the same at all. I'll never go back. I had the chili cheese fries... they used to be so delicious, now it is just watered down slop. Smh...

On January 29th, during the late hours of the evening, I drove from Riverside to Loma Linda for business purposes. Following a long day, I sought sustenance and encountered a concerning incident at a local establishment. Observing a customer being denied service at the drive-thru, I witnessed an employee, tasked with managing the drive-thru window, exhibiting unprofessional behavior by raising their voice and denying service to the customer who had approached on foot due to the closure of the establishment's interior during midnight hours.As an individual associated with the Riverside Law Firm, such conduct is unacceptable and warrants attention. Concerned by the unfolding situation, I remained to monitor the interactions, only to witness further escalation. Despite the customer's return to the drive-thru window, a prolonged delay ensued, exacerbated by the employee's continued verbal aggression towards them.Regrettably, the situation culminated in the unnecessary involvement of law enforcement, evidenced by the arrival of three police cars with flashing lights, causing distress to the customer and their accompanying children. This sequence of events troubles me deeply, as it reflects a disregard for professional conduct and customer service standards, especially within the context of late-night service provision.It is imperative that businesses uphold a commitment to professionalism and respectful customer interactions, regardless of the time of day. I trust that this matter will be addressed appropriately to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

I had worst customer service ever here on January 29 at 12:18 am!!! I ordered my food at the speaker $43.00 worth!! He seemed so irritated that I was ordering so much food!! U can hear it in his voice with sighs like he was bothered I was ordering more food!! VERY VERY RUDE!! Get to the window to pay & his attitude was he didn't like his job or was having an extremely bad day!! I get that we all have bad day's!! I pulled out of the drive thru to realize my macho fries were not in my bags!! There was a line of car's so approached the drive thru window to let him know I didn't get my fries!! He was even more rude than before!! He went on to tell me in a mean & rude tone that he was helping this customer FIRST cause he was at the window!! There was no need for that kind of comment!! I told him he was rude!! He proceeded to tell me u can come get ur fries in the morning!! WHAT!!! So I called corporate while I was in the parking lot!! I get back in the drive thru to wait again to hopefully get the fries I paid for!! I had my two son's with me 12 & 17 years old!! He refused to give me the fries!! He then came back to window to say I had my son immediate him!! My son never said or did anything to intimidate him!! I couldn't believe what was happening!!! All I wanted was the fries I paid for!!! He then said his calling the cops on me cause I'm now TRESPASSING!!! WOW!!!! DISBELIEF!!! I got rolled up on by three cop car's light on everything for fries!! This was such a waste of time & use of emergency services because he forgot to give me my fries!! I go to this Del Taco a least 4 to 5 times a week!! I can tell u now I will never go back to this Del Taco again!!

It was a little passed midnight and the employee at the window obviously hates his job, extremely rude and racist. The cops showed up because all of us in line were just horrified at the service. The cops even said,"Give the customer back her money or the fries! You call us out because you can't do your job?" The manager was in her car doing meth because I seen her with a glass type and she didn't even want to make eye contact with the cops. Drug test her, she even smoked a cigarette and went inside with it. Gross!

They must have really good management, management that takes pride in their service. I stopped here whenever I'm in the area. The quality of food the attitude of the servers the atmosphere the cleansing is awesome. Everyone here seems to have a positive good attitude they give the impression that they enjoy their job that reflects management.
