The young man working the drive-thru window was outstanding. He was very professional, friendly, and had an awesome attitude. He made the whole experience pleasant and is a great example of excellent customer service. Definitely an employee worth recognizing!
Everyday is different, the individuals we encounter, the foods we consume, even the same people with different attitudes help me realize that a change of events whether good/bad help shape our outcome, only oneself chooses how to convert it into something self beneficial especially if that trademark is printing character.
