Went inside to order my food. Apparently, they prioritize drive through over in person customer service. First they ignore you and act like they didn't see you come inside. Then they direct you to order from the kioski and if you don't want to pay at the Kiosk click cashier. They will eventually get to you, but they don't seem to be happy about it. They chips on the nachos where over cooked and stale.

Main reason for my rating: the beef leaves little to be desired. The chicken items are AWESOME - very flavorful and yummy. Beef doesn't taste that great. Fish taco was a little burnt, but still tasted ok. I gotta say, though, it's weird seeing kiosks inside the restaurant. Customer service is good, when I am able to talk to someone at the drive thru 😊👍. Atmosphere could be a little more clean inside, but not too bad to look at.

It has been a while since I have been to a Dell Taco that was 5 stars all around. I went through the drive thru this time. The person was pleasant and nice. I got the food in a timely manner and it was perfect. The shells of the Dell Taco were crunchy, they didn't fall apart right on the first bite. All the ingredients in the taco were perfect portions. Thank you.
