When entering the VA hospital main entrance there is a small Starbucks located on your left. They have a limited selection but do offer various coffees. There's alot of seating around as you wait for your appointment. A nearby piano which features a pianist in the mornings is around. Talk to the vets and listen to their stories over a cup of coffee!

This is NOT a Starbucks. Nonetheless, good service, decent food and drink, just not to Starbucks quality. I frequent the hospital for a variety of things and will continue to come to this cafe.
