You walk up to the register and no one greets you or ask what can I get for you. Today, the guy just kept on talking with his co worker until I said if he was ready. Got my order wrong, just didn't listened. I come here couple times a month and the employees seem to have whatever' attitude. Pretty disappointed from how the Starbucks used to be.

alright idk is these are new lids??? but every time you pick up your cup or put it down or literally touch it it falls off... spilled two drink already same with my friend. pls fix that

I stop by to this Starbucks on my way to work, and they're always so kind. They always make my drinks right in the morning and I always leave fast in the drive through. I appreciate the baristas who care when making our drinks right

5 stars for the service, people that work here are all amazing. Food is always good. However, my biggest complaint is the indoor seating. There are literally 5 tables with 2/3 chairs each. This is not good especially when people want to come sit down & enjoy their experience. For a cafe so close to the University, and major retail store you'd expect to have more chairs & table so students and shoppers feel welcomed. I know many people who opt to visit the Starbucks further down the street or in Colton because they offer more welcoming environment for students. Also, please take care of your outdoors patio & furniture. Patio is almost always littered with trash and your tables and chair need cleaning. Thanks.

The worst place to eat the capuccino is cold ihave a swallow of coffe and more foam just paying for a foam not even a taste of coffee worst place ever ,i know capuccino has foam but not all foam....dont have a selection of anything...don't even deserve a star and expensive too!!!if we don't worry about the parking spot that we have we will never eat here....worst place ever,don't waste your money

They do NOT get enough credit for the professionals and society members that they service at this spot! My server gentleman walked me through what they had and didn't have. He was patient and very kind despite me not coming often. And the barista was friendly and very warm, like my bevy. Wow, love it here, great atmosphere, and very cute purchasable items! Much more friendly and personable than I'd expected!

I just wanted a little cup of coffee with the couple of dollars I had left in my Starbucks card. Karrie was so kind with her suggestions and her overall sweet personality. I'm not sure she knew how much it meant to me this morning to be treated so kindly. Thank you for having such a great barista such as Karrie!!!!

The service is good but the outside tables and property is filthy and disgusting. It unfortunate you cant enjoy your drink outside the store .

This Starbucks is horrible. They ignore you when you walk in when they aren't busy, including the managers. The drinks are never made right and when you call them out they feed you weird excuses. They are lazy to say the least.

My wife waited to pay the bills at the doctors office across the street. I rolled over in my wheelchair and asked somebody in Starbucks they help me get money out but my wallet so I could pay. The young man came out and help me get the money out and it was very helpful. He made sure that I was taken care of while I waited alone. I think his name was Fongvue I apologize for mixing his name up. I told the young man that it's pretty obvious that from the top down that Starbucks is ran well. Everybody was really happy friendly and enthusiastic about their job. That doesn't start from the bottom up. That starts at the top I was pleased to find out the young man was the manager. What a blessing he was in our lives. Every chance we're anywhere near we're going to stop and get a coffee and visit this awesome Starbucks. And awesome young man! Stephen
