Alka Water (Alkapuro Torrance)

Just went to get my one gallon jug filled. I like to go into the store so my bottle doesn’t get wet on the outside and make my car seat wet. I went in and a customer had just got there before me. He had 4 five gallon jugs. The owner proceeds to use all of his 4 water faucets to start filling up the guy’s jugs. He then looks at me and says “Do you want to fill up outside”. I said no and explained why. Walked out and went to Adva on Lomita Blvd. Just appalled at the lack of customer service. Been going here for years but from now on I will be going to Adva. I’d rather pay a few cents more for better customer service. Very disappointed.

Great people running this store, my challenge is their open times. I need a water store that’s open until 7pm during the week, and opens at 9am or earlier on weekends. It’s 9am on a Saturday and they are not open.

Owner and staff are helpful and friendly. Closed on Monday. There is water available outside of the store anytime.

Great service also have an alkaline water machine out side of store that can be used when store is closed. Highly recommend real deal alkaline water

Owner always asks for cash payments . Does not want to do business with credit cards . Also he feels like he's doing you a favor to wait on you . After he filled my water bottles I asked for a towel before loading them in my car because they were very wet and dripping . He said he didn't have one . So a water store that does not have a towel ? Yea right . Go elsewhere !!!!!!!!

They refill all my bottles very quickly and the service is always pleasant.
