The cashier cursed at me for wanting to substitute an item which two different people let me do including the manager im highly disappointed and unsatisfied due to the fact that he always gave me the side eye and looked down on me im been polite the whole time but tonight im highly disappointed so unprofessional two different cashiers on two separate accusations let me do this without a problem i want this employee fired he said the s word and said i dont care about your order if he dosnt like his job get another one unprofessional unsatisfactory and unsatisfied i been a customer for 15 plus years i will never support this location intill this employee is gone he made me feel
So
Uncomfortable and looksd down on for months saying there no sauce when i can see the sauce with my own eyes i will never buy from this location intill he is removed

Came in drive-thru on 8/2/2024.
Order a few items. Bill was 33.80
After one or two bite notice a big hair in my burger..
Right away. Called store notified them. Talk to girl named Diana..
She said come back and get it..
I explained I'm way too far. I only come on this side on Fridays.

She said don't worry come back on Friday. We will more than happy to replace it..
I am leaving a note in the office. She took my name and a phone number..
On 8/92024 1.55pm I was in the area again..
Pull up to the drive-thru. Explain my situation to the gentleman he said pull through..
At the window lady came up and she said oh this looks hair on the top of the burger..
And she explaining to me the policy. I need the receipt. I said I can show you the bill. I pull up my bank account. Show her the bill..
And she start explaining to me policies again..
I came in because they asked me to come back..
It was unprofessional.. and only reason I pulled in because I was told to come back inn..

I drove off without picking up the food. They should be more courteous and more professional.. was not asking to replace entire bill. Was just concerned...

The lady at the drive-thru window did not know how to talk to people..
How to talk to a customer..

How to deal with the customer service issues..

They should send her to proper customer service training..

Hope some one read this and learn .

Went to the drive thru, the lady named rosa was mood as hell. I ordered just a burger. I got to the window the man tried to charge me a combo and i told him no it was just the western bacon cheese burger. He charges me and leaves then the girl who i assume is rosa with rude attitude yet again hands me the bag. I get to my job mind you they took forever at the drive thru so im already in a hurry i open the bag and its not even the right burger. All the attitude and she still managed to mess up my order. Now im left with a burger im not even going to eat and a sour experience.

Whoever's on duty right now is the slowest mofo ever takes forever to cook one biscuit , 7 minutes in line .2 minutes behind someone then 5 minutes for one bacon biscuit(was sausage instead)
