I love Caviteña!! My mom and I would stop in when they had the smaller location, but I'm loving the new spot The food is great and the menu is wide-ranging. They have dishes that are familiar to most Americans (adobo, lumpia, pancit) but also some tougher to find dishes at Filipino restaurants in the US (laing, dinakdakan). First time here, and it was fine. A little salty for me, and possibly they use MSG. The lady who helped was nice, and informative of the Happy Hour and food served. I will be back, and will try other dishes. I ordered the fried rice, and Tinola. Enjoyed the bok choy in it as well, and just added more water to the broth.
