No A/C and feel bad for workers that have to deal with that. They are nice and the ice cream is good.

EVERY time that we enter, it is flaming hot, no AC. How is it that they can keep ice cream cold if the AC is never on? The last time that I bought ice cream it was melted. Twice, we have entered near closing time and have been told that they are closed, but they still have the door unlocked?

This place deserves 0 stars went there today and was treated very rudely by the employee there elder asian lady didn’t ask if we wanted extra toppings when asked for extra toppings she started throwing our stuff and was rude about didn’t even ask if we wanted it to go or there and when we asked her for lids she threw it at us and had an attitude the whole time very uncomfortable and unprofessional ! Do better

I Love Food Coma

The Service: Kay was helping us. She was great! Greeted us the moment we walked in the store. Very patient waiting for us to decide what flavors. Good customer service!

The Dessert: The ice cream is slightly overpriced. I tried the watermelon sorbet.... too much food coloring and no fruit flavored at all.

They have a very kind lady, she is the only person I can rescue from customer service, but the young people they have do not know how to treat customers well, they do it with anger, boredom and without desire, they are losing a lot of reputation with employees like those, They charge for extra things that are never asked for, the truth is that the customer service is an absolute disappointment!!!!

I doordashed from here and spent $22 but my order was missing all mix-ins I was charged for and was missing the waffle bowl completely. I was only refunded for half. Do NOT doordash from this location. They don’t care if it’s not you in front of them.

The Boo Banana Caramel Crunch while I got the It’s Batter with Chocolate Fudge batter, those with the awesome friendly service from Lizett, Gotta Love It. Got our ice cream to go as there were no chairs or tables. The store was clean with adequate lighting. There was ample parking so we enjoyed our ice cream in the car.

When u ask for a candy bar in side your ice cream they don't give u a fresh one .they give u some off brand wanted a Reese's peanut butter cup in my shake and they gave me a dark chocolate peanut butter cup and it was nasty never seen a place so rude also if you don't like working there then get another job ...thanks for nothing I threw my shake away and went to the one in Carson way better..

I stop by this location every once in a while during my trips to the movie theater upstairs. After a desperate craving for strawberry ice cream, I stepped into Cold Stone about a week ago. Every time I visit, I make sure to check in on Yelp for the option of adding a free topping. This time I did the same, yet for the first time ever it seemed like a huge inconvenience for the employees working that day. As I mentioned my yelp check in, they abruptly interrupted me to rudely ask, "yeah, which do you want?" yikes! As a customer service employee myself, I understand people are hard to deal with sometimes & days are rough. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and waited to pay. At the register, the other employee was also very rude and cold towards me. It felt like I was in high school with mean girls all over again lol! I wished them both a good day, and received no responses. Will definitely consider the customer service (if) I ever go back to this location.Oh, ice cream was delicious nonetheless. Kudos to the ice cream.

Don't ever order cakes from this horrible place.I had a birthday cake ordered two days in advance, with delivery. On the delivery day, I got a message that CS is sending the cake by Uber. I saw the Uber car drive by but they didn't stop. A few minutes later I got an email that my order was cancelled entirely, without any explanations. I tried to call CS, but their phone did not respond and the voicemail was turned off. I drove to Lomita. There was a handwritten sign on the door that they would be opening an hour late, no explanations, but the door was not locked. I had to yell hello three times before a woman came out of the office. She outright told me that they did not have the size I ordered and canceled the order. I thought she must have been wrong because I had Uber tracking showing that the driver went to my house. Why would they if there was no cake?? The woman was just horrible. And they had my phone number all along if they wanted to ask if I would pay for the larger cake. They had two days. The woman just said those online orders are not her problem, turned around and walked away from me.Do yourself a favor and shop for cakes elsewhere. I paid $50 for that cake, with the delivery, taxes, and TIP (the irony of it!)That woman needs to find a job that is not customer-facing. She could not care less for my situation.
