They have a very kind lady, she is the only person I can rescue from customer service, but the young people they have do not know how to treat customers well, they do it with anger, boredom and without desire, they are losing a lot of reputation with employees like those, They charge for extra things that are never asked for, the truth is that the customer service is an absolute disappointment!!!!

I doordashed from here and spent $22 but my order was missing all mix-ins I was charged for and was missing the waffle bowl completely. I was only refunded for half. Do NOT doordash from this location. They don’t care if it’s not you in front of them.

The Open sign was turned OFF and most lights in the store: turned off. Had to try the door to make sure that they were open. The lady barely wanted to take our order. Just stood there. It was really HOT inside and I asked why the lights were off, if they were going out of business. She replied NO. I asked for a vanilla shake. And she stated that she couldn't make it because she didn't have the mix. Husband asked if she could make chocolate shake. She said let me see, she went to the back, came back and said that she wasn't able to make the mix, because it was too close to closing and that it would spoil over night. Husband and son and I looked at eachother. I said let's leave, because somethings not right. We went to the next nearest Coldstone and got exactly what we wanted.

Coldstone is one of my favorite ice cream places. Cake Batter is always my ice cream flavor of choice. I usually get it with cookie dough and chocolate fudge mixed in. This coldstone in particular had great customer service. Very friendly environment. Took them a little bit to notice someone was in the store, but overall a positive experience.

I came here for some ice cream the service was okay. I did like how the location was transparent with the prices on the fridge with the items that were in there. I do have a question though how is it warm in an ice cream store ? It was very warm in there yesterday night. I came in there at night too just to avoid the heat as well. But other than that everything was fine.

it was good but i expected the strawberry one in a waffle got it in a cup instead? i guess. now the service was okay just awkward and off. i'd rather go to my local one i just wanted to try something new. then 2 girls just kept laughing meanwhile the guy was trying to do his job. don't get me wrong it's good but not worth spending my money.

The Boo Banana Caramel Crunch while I got the It’s Batter with Chocolate Fudge batter, those with the awesome friendly service from Lizett, Gotta Love It. Got our ice cream to go as there were no chairs or tables. The store was clean with adequate lighting. There was ample parking so we enjoyed our ice cream in the car.

When u ask for a candy bar in side your ice cream they don't give u a fresh one .they give u some off brand wanted a Reese's peanut butter cup in my shake and they gave me a dark chocolate peanut butter cup and it was nasty never seen a place so rude also if you don't like working there then get another job ...thanks for nothing I threw my shake away and went to the one in Carson way better..

I stop by this location every once in a while during my trips to the movie theater upstairs. After a desperate craving for strawberry ice cream, I stepped into Cold Stone about a week ago. Every time I visit, I make sure to check in on Yelp for the option of adding a free topping. This time I did the same, yet for the first time ever it seemed like a huge inconvenience for the employees working that day. As I mentioned my yelp check in, they abruptly interrupted me to rudely ask, "yeah, which do you want?" yikes! As a customer service employee myself, I understand people are hard to deal with sometimes & days are rough. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and waited to pay. At the register, the other employee was also very rude and cold towards me. It felt like I was in high school with mean girls all over again lol! I wished them both a good day, and received no responses. Will definitely consider the customer service (if) I ever go back to this location.Oh, ice cream was delicious nonetheless. Kudos to the ice cream.

Cold Stone Creamery is one of my favorite Ice cream shops! But the customer service was terrible here. Didn't give me a receipt for the points instead of a Customer Copy without Receipt Code after shopping 1/12/23. When I asked the receipt in a week later 1/20/23, she assumed I complained an overcharge, argued with me, blamed on me too too much. Before the cold & unfriendly service, I went shopping with the happy & young services very often. After the young girls & boys left, there was no friendly atmosphere any more. I hope the business has not been going down with the cold services.
