My husband loves this place and it is wholesome childhood memory for him. It lives up to his memories. Very nice.Dietary restrictions: Has options for people who can't eat gluten. Didn't get gluten contamination from typical gluten free items while eating here.Kid-friendliness: Have a kids menu with crayons

Great spot for breakfast. We got waffle n eggs, chicken fried steak, and ham&egg scramble. All were well prepared and came really fast despite the diner was already crowded. Waitress was very friendly and we'd definitely come visit again.

Home style cooking since 1946. Was looking for a nice diner for breakfast to start off the day and found this gem closeby *thank you google maps*?Was a bit crowded for a Friday morning so put my name down on a wait list and browsed the menu while waiting. Sat after about 10 minutes, ordering, service and coffee refills was friendly, fast and efficient. Ordered the Corned Beef Hash with Eggs and Hash Browns and was everything I wanted in a breakfast. Will visit again when im in the area. 5 stars! ???Parking: Ample parking on the side and back of restaurant.

My recent visit to Hot N Tot was an exceptional 5-star dining experience. The culinary creations were nothing short of spectacular, with each dish bursting with unique flavors, meticulously prepared to perfection. The presentation was a visual feast, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the meal. What stood out, in addition to the exquisite food, was the surprisingly short wait time, a rarity in popular dining spots. The swift and attentive service ensured a smooth and pleasant meal from start to finish.I am eagerly anticipating my return to Hot N Tot and highly recommend it to anyone in search of an outstanding dining experience. It's a definite must-visit for food enthusiasts.

My husband and I are foodies and his hometown is Lomita but somehow we always end up eating breakfast everywhere else!Yesterday we were playing that game, "where do you wanna eat?" He suggested Hot n Tot, so away we went!We stepped into a bustling coffee shop but were seated right away and greeted by our super friendly waitress. My husband ordered the country skillet and I ordered the Mexican skillet and of course he ordered a short stack of pancakes on the side.My Mexican and his country skillet was the best damn breakfast food we have enjoyed in awhile. The portions looked small when served but we both ended up taking half of each of our skillets home because we were hardily full. The pancakes were perfect, golden and fluffy with a really good taste to them. We ended up taking most of those home too.We have found our new breakfast spot and are happy to support a local small business too!! ☺️

Good food, they let overly coughing & sneezing families who don’t cover their mouth come in. Very close quarters, be ready to come out sick.
