I donāt know what it is about this location but the last 3 times Iāve tried it. Iāve given it 3 trys and they mess up my order every time I donāt understand who are you hiring to work here the quality of the food is garbageā¦ā¦.one suggestion close this location ā¦.

If the person taking the order was more fluent in English they can get the orders right. Do your employees note down the amount of food they throw in the trash? Youāre loosing money my friend. I patronize your store at least twice a week. People have no pride in their work ethics or their employer. Also a Thank you would be nice.

Okā¦. My buddy and I get into drive through and over the course of our ordering we were told 4 times āsorry, weāre out of thatā. What??? When we asked this woman why they were out of so many things her answer was, āI donāt knowā. No attempt to find out either. THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH WORK ETHIC AND EMPLOYERS/EMPLOYEES THESE DAYS. No one cares about jack squat.

Honest Review
Walked to this location at 7, sign says dining in hours until 8. Door is locked employee sitting on the phone at the table. This place is a constant mess with how it operates. obviously the owner doesn't care. If they aren't randomly closing , they can't get an order right. I've gotten polar opposites of what I ordered before (spring rolls instead of jalapeno poppers that were even on the recipe)
I ordered a side salad for 2.39 , I get to the window and she says itās 2.97, I said, why is it so muchā¦it says 2.39 on your menu? She says I donāt knowā¦ tax.In California tax is about 10 cents to a dollar.I told her that is too much and then I said I will not be buying anything today and I drove off. I have been going to that Jack in the box for over 45 years. I donāt plan on ever going back again. They are ripping off people with all these extra fees that even the employee didnāt know of.Bye Bye, Jack-in-the-Box!

I have been coming here forever as it is the closest jack in the box to me. That will change now or Iāll just head over to McDonaldās. I ordered two tacos and a burger combo and asked for an extra sauce I was given two which I had to ask for. The lady said they charge 10c a sauce. Never have I had them tell me this before.

Breakfast Jack was ok with bacon, it's better with ham. The Potato Logs were delicious and the breaded, fried Chicken sandwich was delicious! First time we tried it and it was delicious! Crunchy and flavorful! Definitely a must-buy entrƩe for future visits there.
