Went and ordered $50 worth of food and the girl working shorted me a drink and when I mentioned it to her she argued with me saying she didn't. When I showed her my receipt she gave me the other coke, but with attitude. Then I get home and see that I'm missing onion rings. When I opened up my homestyle chicken sandwich (which is like $12) it had 2 bottom buns on it. And to top it all off the fries were cold! I would maybe understand if it would have been super late or something. But 8pm...dinner time! Unacceptable.

I ordered an Oreo shake with no whipped cream and when I received it , it had whipped cream on it. This had happened at other places and they ask you for the first shake back!! But the gentlemen working the drive-through that night was super sweet and made me another one real quick but let me keep the first one for my boyfriend.!!

Bought the Cluck Chicken sandwich combo and was disappointed at how blasè the chicken pattie was and how funky the curly fries tasted. Asked for no ice in my Dr Pepper, as the coldness of iced drinks burn my throat, but I got a drink iced to the top. It's rare that a sure fire good meal goes wrong at JackBox but there it was and I choked it down because it cost so much. I really was that hungry, and I sadly dumped the drink with my trash because I simply couldn't drink it. This was the JB on PCH & Western Ave, snuggled between a McDonald's, a Starbucks & a Weinerschnitzel. Am super sad that this choice was an absolute loser this time. I also purchased a classic Breakfast Jack combo, but that edit will be made on another day.

This is the best Jack in the box I’ve ever been to. The customer service is always on point whenever I go. They are fast, efficient and really nice. Whoever is managing these employees, knows what they are doing.

Old style Jack in the box with a narrow drive thru and plenty of parking. The food is standard for the restaurant at least it came out hot.
Good service.. just on point.. I'm glad they have capable people working in fast food restaurant like this one... Restroom was very very clean... You can tell they are hard worker s ...?????

Aside from my burger being cold and my fries over cooked, the employee by the name of Delia is very unprofessional. She is very alluring with male customers, she gave her phone number to my husband on the receipt. Someone refer her to chispa or something, so she doesn’t continue to give her job a bad reputation.

Best iced coffee ever. It's got me coming back Everytime. This location is the best one so far and I have been to a lot of Jack's. They missed a detail in my order yesterday but they made it right and did it fast.

I am currently at the drive thru window and had to leave a comment. I just received outstanding customer service from a young gentleman (tall green eyes, curly hair)at the window. He actually took my order as well and was patient and extremely polite. Keep up the good work and I hope your manager sees this because should be recognized for this!
