Best iced coffee ever. It's got me coming back Everytime. This location is the best one so far and I have been to a lot of Jack's. They missed a detail in my order yesterday but they made it right and did it fast.

I am currently at the drive thru window and had to leave a comment. I just received outstanding customer service from a young gentleman (tall green eyes, curly hair)at the window. He actually took my order as well and was patient and extremely polite. Keep up the good work and I hope your manager sees this because should be recognized for this!

DO NOT EAT HERE! They don't like giving condiments and don't like being held accountable. Trash ass jacks. They don't have know how to speak to customers and they act like the sauces and condiments come out they check. Worst jacks I've been too Ina minute. Cashiers here need an attitude adjustment and customer service class because the service was tremendously BAD.

Great food. I really appreciate the fact that they didn't give me any grief about pulling up on my e-bike. They even gave me a second bag for my drinks. Before any says that it's unsafe. I work grave yard so when I pull up its after 3 am so literally only 1 or two cars. I would never do it during the day.
