The service is here is HORRIBLE. I have waited soooo long just to place an order with someone. They look at me but never come and say I’ll be right with you or ANYTHING. I’ve worked in food service for years more so restaurants but the hospitality should be all the same. This happens every single time. Honestly with every McDonald’s in the Lomita area. It’s BAD. The workers not all but majority walk around with such attitudes on their faces no friendliness nothing. Even if a costumer isn’t how you want them, perfect every time, they know what they want they know what to order, DOESNT MATTER. I should still be treated decently. But it doesn’t matter bc it’s only McDonald’s but it does matter. It’s all ADULTS. This is ridiculous.

Took their time on taking my order, was the sloppiest big mac I ever had. First bite and one of the beef patties came sliding out. And so went the rest of that burger as well. It just kept coming apart. Will not be going back here again.

Rating for fast food drive thru, this is my go-to McDee's because they're constantly good, friendlystaff, and clean loc. Fries were crispy, coke was perfect, and burger was just that average quality ya expect. Look, it's not high quality restaurant food but it's just fine when ya in a pinch. For a McDee's, it's good.

I wanted to use a restroom. I walked up to the counter. The manager gave me a long gazing death stare when I asked her for the code. Rattled off a number. I repeated it to her. She said, yes, I go to the restroom, nope. It does not work. I come back and I repeated the number back to her, and she said, no wrong then gave me a complete different set of numbers. I repeated it again to her. She said, yes, I go again to the restroom. No, it does not work. I came back. She went to the restroom, punched in some numbers and let me in.Needless to say, I did not order my food from this location.
