The Sunday afternoon service has lots of room for improvement. We missed out on available sides, so make sure to confirm what is included when ordering your meal. Other than that, the Mike omelet, biscuit, and hashbrowns were great.

Good, fast and cheap... you can get all three at Mr. G's Coffee Shop and Steak House. It was so enjoyable I ate there twice today. I got the $8.99 burger special for lunch and went back for the $9.99 steak dinner. In today's age I can't even go to Mc Donald's for that price. Anyone that has a complaint about the food on Yelp is unreasonable. You couldn't even go to the super market, buy a steak, get all the sides and cook it for $9.99. It reminds me of eating at a bowling alley or a place you'd go with your grandparents. I've always had a good meal there. The staff is always friendly. The service is always solid. The atmosphere is comfortable. It's like all the Greek owned coffee shops and diners I grew up eating at as a kid. Definitely worth checking out if you want some good comfort food. It's always been a positive experience for me!

The first time I came for breakfast on the weekend it was pretty good and service was great. I came for lunch during the week and the food absolutely horrible although the service was still good. The hamburger special supposed to be a 1/3 lb and the meat wasn't even a 1/4 lb and was oblong and much smaller than the bun and cooked til it was dry. The salad was wilted and looked like it was sitting in a pool of water before put on my plate. I don't know how a place would have the audacity to serve a salad that bad. I also ordered chili cheese fries and the fries were dense and stale tasting as if they fried some freezer burned fries. I don't think I'll be coming back here. I wanted to give it a chance but I now understand why the place looks empty and lonely all the time. Reminding me of an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

Been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years, and my parents have been coming here for more than 40. Love this whole in the wall for breakfast, spent many weekends here enjoying the small town feel. The waitress, Colleen, is always a treat and remembers everyone who comes in! The owner, Fili, is always sweet and knows how to cook a mean burger or steak and eggs! The coffee is definitely diner coffee, but that's okay when you know what you're getting haha Love this place!!

The first time I was here I had the steak and egg breakfast with salsa. . . Everything was seasoned well and tasted good. Salsa was fresh. The food was just straight up delicious. Service was good too. The person that took my order was friendly and attentive. The decor is old school like 70s or 80s. I loved it for what it was.

Omg this was a spur of the moment choice, but a great one. Once inside Mr. G greeted and made me feel at home. I felt like I was going into my grandparents home for breakfast. And that's exactly what my breakfast tasted like, it was as if my grandmother was reincarnated in his kitchen lol. The food Well seasond and cooked with love the end. I'll definitely be back.
