WOW, disappointing! (esp since I don't get to eat out much). ?THE PIZZA WAS THIN, but didn't order thin crust, HARDLY ANY CHEESE OR SAUCE! Budget pizza?Service fine, staff friendly--but this was not the Papa Johns quality I've trusted for years.Reminded me of the other California take out pizza ? meh(Perhaps staff was hired from a competitive pizza company and is using those pizza making skill Need? Need to learn the PJ recipe that we LOVE, PLEASE!?

I've ordered here twice now so I think they deserve a review. I have to say, this papa John's is great. My food is always fresh and CORRECT! I've had so many times where I've ordered pizza and it would be room temp or wrong. I like that I can track it when it's ready, and the service is always good. They've earned my loyalty!

Just order an hour ago yes an hour ago after Catherine Castillo decided to argue with me saying that it hadn’t been an hour the driver Jose Guzman decided to leave the pizza somewhere that wasn’t the front door and didn’t let us know. The pizza had been sitting out all this time and instead of being nice apologetic she starts arguing with me. I always order from papa John but this is no way to treat customer! Very disappointed with them today!

I had a birthday party, i ordered 6 veggie pizza, paid with my debit card $93.02 after waiting they told me they can’t make my order because my payment didn’t go through, i showed them the charges on my account through the app, still refused, called the bank n put it on speaker, she spoke to Evelyn but she said I don’t care n I am not going to make ur order and if I don’t like it I need to go somewhere else, i asked for the manager she said she is, and no one can help me beside her, i was already late for the people at my house, i have to pay again cash and called the bank to reverse the charges but will never go again, nasty attitude, talking to me as customer and playing with her phone, no name tag, very disrespectful to the customer and to the franchise
