We ordered walk up and there was only 2 employees. They said they couldn't make our drinks until drive thru was taken care of when we spent $40 and waited 5 mins to be acknowledged at window and then 25 mins for our drinks. This is horrible customer service. This is unacceptable not to be treated well because we walked up.i will not be spending any more money here again. Horrible

Ordered 2 cinnamon dolche latte. Got home, both were only filled 3/4 of the grande cups. No whipped cream, no cinnamon sprinkled. Do better.

Free standing location, I don't like location like this, although nice design. They need to work with Google maps to make it clear this is a drive through location, or in a grocery store or a full standing coffee shop.
Very bad service, there is a woman who I think doesn't like me at all. I am already a customer of this cafeteria, I am passing through my work but this woman serves me very badly and very despotic, she did not want to scan my application to give me points, very bad service, I couldn't get her name right, but I think it was Melisa, something like that. but the woman is tall and very despotic
