I ordered subway here through mobile order and walked over here for an exercise and i asked the worker as i was picking up my mobile order for water cups and she said she didnt have any. Its not like i didnt order food from there store and i just needed some water and she said no. The service is horrible here, i could have brought water but i was upset at there service and my mother who was elder was with me. Im very disapppinted will not be back at this location.

I've visited this location 1 other time in years, and today I remember why, the food was so bad and not made correctly (I ordered online). To their credit, my order was ready on time, but ya it was so so wrong and bad. Their bread was gross, I don't remember being this bad, dry, stale, no flavor on the herb and cheese. Reached out to customer service, but even a free sub I wouldn't go back to this location

Went at 7am .door locked double check my phone its after 7 ..Door says opens at 7..hmmm..Two women inside .One standing next to the door..I say to the women next to the door, are you open ?? She looks right at me and turns her head..I get it ! Its early! BUT Why not even respond and say ur not ready? or give us a couple mins Nothing! and it was after 7..what a waste of time..will not go back to that one ever..subway at the cross roads torrance excellent .

Had my sandwich made and they asked if I wanted a drink I said yes a cup of water please. They said they didn't have any but I could pay for a soda. I said I wanted water which is free why would I pay for a soda? Super rude and offered no apology or recourse. It it was a simple supply issue why am I being penalized. That's a problem they created. I don't think it's a supply issue I think it's a shady franchisee trying to increase his wallet at the patrons expense. I left the sandwich didn't pay and went right Nextdoor to a fantastic Mexican food restaurant with a very polite staff. Highly recommend going Nextdoor.

The workers are super amazing and super fast what made me uncomfortable was what seemed to be either the manager or owner ( older man with gray hair) he came in and was touching everything without washing his hands , he kept touching his face and touching items very unhygienic also he doesn't seem to respect his employees . Eh I might not come back because of that , employees make your business.
