hate that I’m even leaving one star because I’ve always had good experiences with this Taco Bell, but this is the only Way this will get seen. Whoever the girl working, the drive-through today was needs to get it together. I’m not sure if she was stoned or just hates her job but she was rude and got my order wrong after I repeated it about three times. I get this economy is going through rough times and nobody wants to be working, but it’s Taco Bell not rocket science

Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch that had sour cream on it instead of it's normal sauce, I nearly vomited. It was also cold, prolly cause of the sour cream.

I walked in there last week and aimed to grab a few tacos. The employees were bustling serving all the drive thru customers. I stood there and was on ignore for what felt like ten minutes. Nobody ever greeted me. I walked out. Wow.

This is our go-to Taco Bell for two reasons. It's the closest to our house and the consistently good service and food quality.
I accidentally left my debit card there one time overnight. I drove by the next morning to see that they put it in a safe and gave my little boy a free quesadilla for the trouble. That was really sweet and I won't forget how considerate they were.
