Employees don't respect customers.

I ordered 8 tacos and 7 out of 8 taco shells were broken into pieces. 2 of them had half of the meat compared to others. Overall super disappointing.

They have messed up attitude. The black
lady whom seems like the manager with glasses on had a very militant no welcoming attitude.

They all handle cash register and don't wash hands once start getting food or making drink thats what I noticed from the Hispanic possible white young man..

Taco Bell opens at 10am, They were acting like it was closed and not taking orders. I arrived at 10:30ish and no one took my order on the drive thru speaker, so I drove forward to the window and they saw me and kept standing and walking around, clearly seeing me and yet lagging it. After a good 5 min. They decided to open the window and took my order and I paid. I was still being patient and polite yet the 2 ladies had the audacity to be talking about me and of how I looked thinking that their closed window was blocking me from listening. Completely rude and disrespectful. Never coming back. These ladies do not feel blessed for having a job and they don't seem to like to work. Just terrible. There should be a zero star option.

They forgot half of my order- large Diet Pepsi, slush, all the sauces and 3 tacos. Terrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone. Avoid this location if possible.

Do you like your Taco Bell stale? Do you want food that tastes like it was made hours ago and then reheated after you ordered it? Then this is the restaurant for you! Originally I started avoiding going to this specific location because the employees were always rude and 99% of the time they would get at minimum one thing in the order wrong, but after having it delivered via Door Dash and it being awful one too many times, it's actually enough to make me uninstall Door Dash altogether, since for some reason you can't choose which location you're ordering from, even if there are others in the area.

I have been going to this Taco Bell/ KFC for the past year since i’ve moved here for work.The staff has been incredibly helpful and caring. I enjoy talking to the cashiers, knowing that my order is always complete. Best fast food service ever!

Be aware the staff at this location close earlier than the posted hours and hide out in an office avoid patrons in the evening.

Dear Ownership/Management,

I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had at your location. Your employee, Atiyana (drive-thru register), was rude and highly unprofessional. She claimed to be the manager, but if that’s the case, I’m truly concerned about the level of service at your establishment. Poor customer service can be just as damaging as low-quality products, and if this continues, it could negatively impact your business.

I encourage you to retrain your staff to ensure a better experience for your customers. Please take a look at my review for Rally’s as well. Quality service is just as important as quality food.

The hours online are wrong, the hours on the drive thru menu are wrong, so I’m hoping the hours posted on the drive thru window are right. It’s not hard to be consistant

I had a disappointing experience at the Taco Bell drive-thru on 8/10 around 8 pm. The customer service was incredibly poor. The CSR was rude, lacked basic courtesy, and showed no respect for customers. From the moment I pulled up, I was met with a bad attitude and complete disregard for any standard of customer service. My order was handled carelessly, the CSR was dismissive and unhelpful. This is not the level of service I expect from any establishment, let alone one as well-known as Taco Bell. I won't be returning to this location if things don't improve.
