Went to Lompoc Applebee's. I told them I have a Shellfish allergy, and inquired if fries go into oil with shrimp?? Stated yes.. So I ordered appetizer of Chicken Wings. Waitress DID NOT tell me they were placed into fryer also Luckily I noticed. Then they had to remake my burger because she forgot to put my allergy on my food ticket

The food was OK. The service was less than adequate considering the bartender was our waitress and the bar had plenty of patrons for her to tend to. Therefore, we were left without proper service. I had to go to the bar to get refills on our drinks, etc. when asked for condiments didn’t receive them and as far as the atmosphere, it’s a nice place but it was so cold that I was uncomfortable the whole time. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon. We had dined at this establishment three times in the past month. Unfortunately it’ll be a while before I consider going back.

We ordered a delivery service through a third party. Unfortunately half of our was forgotten. When I called, the members of staff I spoke to were apologetic and gave me options on how to move forward. Their on shift manager, Maddie, delivered the rest of our order. I appreciate the effort taken to rectify a mistake that was not there's (bags were labeled, delivery person did not check). Thank you!!
