What a terrible experience. My husband ordered steak and waffle fries and they sent just a steak (no side) Just a container with a steak in it. I ordered a brownie and it was rock hard. I couldn’t even get a fork into it. What the…?? When I called they told me I could come and pick up the fries but after driving all day, and then spending $60 on my delivered “dinner” I give up.

lunch for 9 - only one waitress-had to wait for everything- because of a full restaurant---then the food- COLD mashed potatoes, PEPPER on french fries- fish undercooked - will NEVER go back!!!!!! Did NOT like the automatic payment; also what happened to 10% or 20% tip? Service bad because of not enough waitresses; food horrible throughout- new cook? can;t say, but I will NEVER go back, nor will any of the other 8 at my group!

We had dinner on a Tuesday night and we were seated right away. Our drink order was taken and we ordered our food as well. Everything was out within 20 minutes. One of the people in my group ordered the endless wing special and the waitress did a great job asking if he wanted more. We didn’t have to wait long for a container at the end either. We will definitely return to this location.

First off, the food took over half an hour to serve to us. We ordered Medium Sirloin, but WHAT WAS SERVED?A BLOODY WELL DONE DRY-Ahhhh STEAK!!! The steak is basically uncomsumable. The shrimp was coated in a thick layer of flour, but when uncovered, it is literally the kind of shrimp you use to fry rice. Tiny. I, and everyone, expected the sauce to be at least original, but guess what? They had a different plan. They decided they'll put some ketchup in the fridge and call it a day. Can't you at least try to satisfy your customers? The ribs were served for dogs. Over 70 percent of the dish was literally ribs(bone). The ribs were cut in the weirdest way possible, too, but I don't have enough time to talk more about the terrible ribs. The best dish was the pasta. Although it is the best one we ordered, I don't think you need to pay that much for a microwave-level dish. The paying machine, as always, had games on it. It did not say it charged money for the games, but it did. $2.99. I could feed myself better with $2.99 than going to fricking Applebee's and ordering for almost $80. Overall, Applebee's has become pathetic. The food is cooked by amateur chefs. This was basically a scam. How about you take lessons on cooking and serve us well?

steak was dry as hell, to a point I think the cow is gonna haunt this place for wasting its life on this dry dry steak. Like how??? It's a nice cut how can u mess up this one 😭😭 and we ordered all u can eat meals (with time limits), but it takes 30 mins for them to make three riblets. The ribs are mid btw. The kitchen is so so sooooooo slow and it's not even peak hour the seats are half empty. Also, we got four people and at a point our water cups are all half empty so we ask for more water. Guess what, 10 minutes later the waitress brought us ONE cup of water. I swear I don't normally leave comments but this is a total waste of calories and money.

I loved the homie, warm environment that they offer and the food was amazing.
Used the online app to order Mother’s Day 5-11-25 dinner for my mom stated on the app for pickup inside and pay for the meal at that time. Pick up time of 4:30 pm. Went in a gave my name stating I was picking up an order, the greeter asked if I had paid yet and I stated I had not so she took me back to the register. Another worker came to the register with my bag of food and asked if I’d paid yet and I stated no. He looked through some papers that were on the register and said it was paid for, once again I said I hadn’t paid yet he insisted that I did and handed me the bag. About an hour and a half while visiting with my mom for Mother’s Day they start calling me about paying for the meal. I told them I couldn’t come down as I don’t live in town and I was visiting with my mom that I would come down when it was convenient for me. She started in trying to make me make an appointment for when I would come in, I stated I would come back at my convenience and said thank you and hung up. She called back and I said I would come down at my convenience and told her not to call again. Since this was not my mistake it should be at my convenience not Applebees in Lompoc.

Lompoc Applebee's has never been anything special at all. For the last month or so I have been hearing about how much the food has improved. Tonight we went and tried it out for ourselves and it was fantastic! The food could have been warmer but our waitress was slammed and it didnt impact the taste.
