Best food in Lompoc and Vandenberg Base. I got the sinsing, lumpia, noodles and garlic rice. All around applause. Sinsing was not overly salty or fatty which allowed flavors to come through.
The lumpia jad a fantastic crisp and the chili sauce they provide is a fantastic compliment. Not overly sweet, not overly salty and not overly savory. Wonderful balance.
