Had the best drink here today. Have been ordering them all over Cali and this one (Dubai chocolate matcha) was perfect. Perfect amount of ice, chocolate cold foam, and seasoning. The consistency was the best part, almost like a smoothie thick. Thanks again!

The customer service is 100% top notch, 10/10 friendly, helpful, and always cheerful, with quick service and multiple smiles. Coffee is mostly great if made correctly, though some newer people don't push down all the way on the syrups, making it hard to taste flavor choices. Breads and treats are always fresh and delicious, while the grilled cheese tastes good except for a very hard outside crust. The staff is pretty friendly most of the time, and drinks are made to standard with few errors. Partners provide great service but always seem a bit stressed. The inside of the store is maintained and clean from the customer perspective. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with every type of creamer available. Parking is free with handicap spots, and the location is wheelchair accessible. Kid-friendliness includes a free cup of fresh whip cream for young people.
