Owner Could you please explain to me why there is such a polar difference between the buelton restaurant and lompoc. The food quality and customer service in lompoc is terrible in comparison to Buelton. Hopefully, there is something you can do to change this. It has been like this for several years. Thank you

I have been a regular customer at this Carl's Jr location for years without any issues, but today's experience shattered that positive perception. The cashier, Sergio, was not only unprofessional but also extremely rude. As a result, I have decided not to return to this establishment.

I have used the app more than a few times, & when I order something without an item, they say "it doesn't show that on my end" but I show them what my email receipt says. Tonight they actually messed up everything. So does their screen not show that I ordered the teriyaki chicken? Instead they gave me the teriyaki hamburger. We asked for no whip on the shakes, got whip & she was shocked I wanted them replaced. We said no pickels, and still got them. IF the problem is in fact that the app doesn't tell them it says no Pickles, no whip, that needs to be fixed. I would like what I ask for, especially for paying. They would probably not like to have their time or food wasted. (This isn't the only establishment that claims their app isn't showing them something) oh and the teriyaki sandwich isn't as good as the old one. (Exclusive in the app)

Store# 1100211 in Buellton on east Highway 246 Day Manager… is So Very Nice. he Always have a great attitude and Always is helpful. All you have to do is order… get your drink and find a table and the Manager always delivers your food at your table..(and the employee also). Great customer service anywhere! His name is: Mr. Juan Torres. You have great employees…..Everyone should try the restaurant at least 1x. A happy customer. Lompoc cal.

Everything I go there they short me change, today they shorted me 5 cent and when I said something they argued with me, they must be making a fortune on overcharge, someone needs to let the irs know! I won't go back anymore and the people are so rude anyway ?

We rarely buy fast food but we had a late little league game so we went through the drive through at almost 8:00 PM on a Tuesday night to grab something quick to take home. I asked for one of my burgers to be lettuce wrapped but when we got home it was on the bun. I ordered 3 regular combos and upgraded one to a large with and substituted a drink with a chocolate shake. Our total came to $46.38! Outrageous price for fast food!
