First time here. The service was great and friendly. I saw the roll maker wash his hands several times. Love seeing that. I had the spicy crab roll and hubby had the teriyaki chicken bowl. I was happy with my food. He wasn't a fan of the teriyaki chicken bowl. He said it was plain not much flavor. I liked this place and will definitely go back. Just won't get the teriyaki chicken bowl again. I also got several rolls to go. 😃
Just had lunch there. Actually incredibile sushi, especially in our small town. Nice to see it pretty busy.

Umami ya Sushi is a hidden gem with phenomenal sushi and great service. The creamy hamachi roll is a go-to dish, and the cucumber salad and garlic edamame are must-tries. The staff is always friendly. They offer delicious vegetarian options, and the soups are highly recommended. The restaurant is kid-friendly and easily accessible, with no parking issues. A place where attention to detail and great food come together for a fantastic dining experience. The yellow tail and salmon skin rolls are top notch. The food is very good.
