Ordered a pizza last month and received the wrong order. Tried calling the store and no one picked up. Online report system seems to only be interested in giving coupons instead of fixing it and same with the automated system you get when you call.
Ordered again today and delivery driver didn't deliver to the correct address and failed to see the full printed address and marked order as delivered and left. Called the manager and didn't seem interested nor really cared, or even apologized for that matter. To note, would have just been charged money and also wouldn't have gotten my food if I didn't call.
Yea no, order from Eye on I or Blaze Pizza for an actual good pizza place around here.

My order was done wrong, when I called the store the girl that answered was rude and just said that was going to talk to the manager, she said the manager told her for me to take my pizzas back to see them, I told them I had one or 2 slices that’s how I knew it didn’t had extra sauce and she said if you already got some pizzas we can do nothing about that, and just hang up on me, I been there several times and every time I have a bad experience. The manager is rude to the employees maybe that’s why they don’t do there job correctly.

Our pizza was done incorrectly, so I called the store to speak to someone. The lady who answered was the most unprofessional person ever. This lady was not only rude, but she hung up on me after I requested to speak to a manager and asked for her name.

Most of the time the pizza is kind of iffy toppings don’t really cover, but for some reason tonight they figured it out and they coded the pizza from crust the tip delivered it while it was still hot. Driver was great very nice.

I’ve ordered from 10+ different dominos stores without issues. This is the first store that I showed up early for pickup, they said it was being made, i get notified online 15 mins later that it was ready, i ask again and the pizza is nowhere to be found and not in the oven and it had to be remade again. It took more than 45 minutes to get my pizza.

I ordered for pick said it was ready was waiting for more than a hour inside to find out my pizza was alreayd made but when I went up they said they were waiting on 1 pizza I went back up and it was already made wasted 1 hour sitting down waiting for my pizza to get cold , Especially the guy that was boxing the pizza wasn’t even calling the name and people were there waiting longer than me

Do not ever order from this location. Absolute disgrace. I placed an order for my family and opened the order tracker. They didn’t even start my order for an hour, then the driver drove around with my food and took a 2 hour break at the store before finally bringing me my ice cold food. I called nonstop and they refused to answer the phone. Filed a complaint with corporate and 5 days later I still haven’t been refunded or heard from the manager of the store. They can keep my money, they lost a customer forever. Do not give them your money!
