It's been a long time since I've been to a Domino's Pizza we stopped here to pick up an order for some friends of ours for a church Gathering. We ended up ordering more food so we were there long enough to see how the place was ran the staff was very friendly and helpful the food was exactly what we expected, the prices were where we needed them to be I will definitely be back, thank you for a great experience.

15 minutes waiting on the line just to report i didnt receive an entire pasta order. I tipped 11 bucks. Patheti.
Just ordered for delivery food didn't show up when driver said they did. showed food was warm at best used to be dependable now im not so sure added a photo of me being on hold with customer support after that hung up because they did nothing but play an ad for there company till it showed

Update: Our town's Dominos is fine and typical of Dominos everywhere. We're glad to have it in our small-ish town. The manager ought to be fired. Our online order said it was ready at 11:59. The rest of the review is old/dated: My spouse arrived at 12:19 and they had not even started the order. This is the 5th time in a row this has happened. The last time I was so mad I called to complain (order wasn't ready and they gave us the wrong food); the manager blamed it on new people. About 3-4 months have passed since this became a consistent notorious problem, but certainly long enough to train a crew. My spouse now defaults to Pizza Hut, which I really dislike. Get it together Domino's! Lompoc needs you!!

So many problems with this store. Ordered pizza two different times very early (11:30 am), first time, the pizza was wrong somehow, I can't tell because the two employees could barely speak English, so they asked me if I wanted a redo, I said yes since I had time. They made the pizza, then gave me BOTH pizzas. Why? Then just today, I ordered via the app at the shopping center across the street, but after thirty minutes, they were still prepping. I ride a tricycle bike and the shopping center where the Dominos is at has NO BIKE RACKS. I had to tie it around a column in a different part of the parking lot. When entering, they said their system was down and it would take another 15 minutes. Seriously, the system was down? Since Lompoc lost the Pizza Hut, it's either Dominos, Little Caesars or expensive local pizza places. I will only order Dominos when we have to.
