Bad service.Ask before ordering what a "raspado" contains, since in the image on the menu there is a raspado with chamoy/tamarind, which is a raspado.The girl didn't know how to answer me, and she sold me a mango water, without chamoy or anything, and I asked her if she could please add the spice and I showed her the image, and she told me that the raspado doesn't have any of that. I would have paid for what I ordered, which was what was in the image, not for a slimy mango water. THEY DO NOT HAVE WHAT THEY SHOW, IT IS MISLEADING ADVERTISING.I left the mango water spoiled.With the chamoy that he put at the end, and reluctantly.

This is the second time I have gone and been disappointed. I ordered fruit the first time last week and the fruit was spoiled and very expensive. Went today and ordered nachos. The chips were rancid which is disgusting. I will not be returning and dont recommend

Got nachos from here the chips were stale. Never have anything that I ask for (crepas, churros, elote on cob) what’s the point having it on the menu lol… I recommend not going to this place and waste your time.
Very bad service, one talks to the cashiers and they ignore you as if the store belonged to them, if they are there to serve customers I will not return

I used to come to this place all the time and then stopped for some time. Then when I come back after years, everytime I have gotten either an agua fresca or a raspado, it tastes rotted and old. Super disappointing and disgusting. Who knows how old something needs to be in order for it to be thrown away. This place should be put out of business

Yummyness! after a long day of sight seeing an ice cream hits the spot especially a Michoacana ice cream ? nothing beats the flavors here very exotic flavors and unique blends of ingredients. If you don't find a flavor you like here, you need get your taste buds cheched.. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was the place was to warm inside my ice cream was melting faster than I could eat it and I like too enjoy my ice cream not gobble it down.
