I spend a lot at this restaurant. Their food is great but this evening they delivered a partial order and were downright rude about it. This weekend alone I spent over $100 yesterday having recommended it to friends and today they decided that the best thing to do was simply offer to have salsa delivered to me after it had been left off the order. It took them an age to get the meal here. What point is salsa an hour later? I explained that the food would be cold. Rude response....read full review

Taquería Don Tacho is a hidden gem offering some of the best tacos in town, with great prices and fantastic food. The bean and cheese burrito is 🔥, and the aguachile is hands down the best ever—fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat and tang, paired with chips and an ice-cold beer. Other standouts include burritos, enchiladas, empanadas, and specially the shrimp and Al pastor tacos, but really every meat choice is great. The carnitas family dinner with 2 pounds of meat, 16 oz beans and rice goes a long way, and the grilled Jalapeños and onions are highly recommended. For vegan options, the vegan mushroom soup with cactus, freshly made guacamole, and a sumptuous vegan burrito are excellent. The service is friendly and fast, though the interior is very sparse, modest, tiny, and dated but clean. The seating area and bathroom could use some cleaning and care, and the awkward layout means the bathroom is in the path to tables. Despite this, the amazing meats and great value keep customers coming back again and again.
