The food here is delicious! The salsas are on point and a variety to choose from. The best is having a stack of homemade corn tortillas with your order. I have a big family, so we always get the family deal, either the chicken, carnitas, or Asada, and all have been on point! Plus, you get all the fixings for the price. I believe it is well worth it. The weekends, especially Sundays, seem to be busy, so expect a longer wait time. However, it is never outrageous. I definitely recommend...
Tamales were better than any other restaurant tamales I’ve had outside of Mexico. They only had chicken, which I typically don’t care for because they can be dry, but these were moist, flavorful and not greasy. My fiancé had the barbacoa, which was top notch, very authentic. Tortillas were very soft and made in house. Staff was friendly. You order and pickup your meal at the counter. Prices were fair. I was a little sad I couldn’t get carnitas as that’s what I usually prefer for meat. Maybe because I came about 1045 it was too early? Asada wasn’t bad, but I tend to find it a little bland. I’d eat here again.
