2 stars for the mamba sandwich it was delicious but sadly the only good thing that we ordered. Pretzels were not good at all, likely the frozen type that you can make at home for much less $. The cheese for the pretzels was hard!! Tri tip sandwich was sad and meat seemed old.

Staff are always so pleasant. Perfect roast beef is my go-to sandwich. I think the name is redundant, though - roast beef is perfect already.
Parking: I suggest parking across the street. There is plenty of parking across the street.
