I came in today to pick up my order around 10-11 am and it seemed only one person was working but she was extremely nice and got my order right out. Thank you for the good service, will be coming back. The others are nice too from the other times I’ve been in there.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer always spend and tip a considerable amount of cash the staff knew I my order was messed up before it was delivered only because the dasher called me before order went out and committed that with staff n nothing was done to fix n e thing Dasher was great staff was awful it's like this every time

This pizza used to be our favorite maybe two years ago, or so. Now, the crust isn't as good, you get one or two pieces of meat per slice and the cheese is almost non existent. The New Yorker, was total $#!t... ?!Step it up Pizza Hut! I miss my BOMB, Mouth watering favorite pizza!!No offense, but I wish they would move locations.. they are in a tiny creepy spot.. maybe if the location was better, they would hire decent workers. Next to Albertsons would be awesome! I love the buildable options through the app, just wish I was still getting those thick, crunchy, cheesy, OH MY slices! ?There are a couple good workers currently, but the business needs to hire more, better workers and fire the slackers.

Very clean restaurant, friendliest staffers, comfortable atmosphere, big waiting room, have waited long at any of my trips, our goto for pizza n pasta night, food Is fast, fresh and hot, we love the pastas, pizzas. We will always return and recommend this location. 10 stars all the time.
Not a pizza hut guy, but the chicken bacon stuff crust is pleasant.

My girlfriend accidentally hung up when ordering. When she called back, the girl who answered sounded annoyed and told my girlfriend they were out of pan crust and she would have to settle for hand tossed. I went in to pick it up, and when waiting in line, people were ordering and picking up pan crust. Then I asked the guy who got our pizza if they were out of pan crust, and he said no, that they had a bunch of it.We were looking forward to pan crust because it's been years since we had Pizza Hut, and that's the crust that makes the Pizza Hut we remembered as kids. All because my girlfriend hanging up and calling back.

Avoid this location if you're vegetarian or have certain dietary restrictions!I'd thought this was the one pizza place in town where I'd never have to worry about something like this, but unfortunately they ended up being the very worst example of such an incident. It's bad enough getting an "accident pepperoni" when a place doesn't clean their slicer between pizzas (very common in this town unfortunately), but this was on another level.To be as fair as possible, they do a good job cooking their pizzas normally, and the service is nice. I used to think of them as the best in town because of those reasons. However, the last time I was there, I ordered a basic cheese pizza, and it ended up with several chunks of ham under the cheese. I couldn't even see them until I bit in and tasted something off. After spitting it out and peeling back the cheese, I found at least 3 on one slice. I got sick afterwards.I tried to contact support but never heard back, so I didn't even get compensated for the pizza I couldn't eat. I used to order weekly, but I don't see myself coming back anymore after that.

I showed up needing a pizza ASAP. Steven took the time to explain the menu and set me up for success. He was very empathetic and very knowledgeable about the menu selection. He defused my displaced anger and provided one of the best customer experiences I have ever had at Pizza Hut, a true joy, and I definitely will be coming back. Keep up the great work, man!
