I came a couple minutes ago, I was on a hurry and tried to call the store before to just pick up my order and they didn’t answer, I went to the store and there was only 2 people in front of me and it took them 20 min to help them with less than 3 sandwiches. The employee that helped me didn’t follow directions, he seemed like he didn’t understood English, one of my sandwiches was ruined because he would put the things I said on both sandwiches, when I tried to tell him I didn’t want the sauces on the other sandwich he would put more. Also, when I asked for my receipt he gave me the second receive they keep and I only noticed it when I left.

Place is good for Subway sandwiches. It's in a corner and seating may be best inside, but it's not far from town so it's convenient if you want a lunch stop.

I do not recommend this particular Subway. Apparently, the 2 female employees do not possess any skills in customer service. They are very rude & unfriendly. I was prevented from entering the establishment by way of the entrance next to the handicap parking. A sullen looking girl locked the door. I was ignored by this woman even though there were not any other customers except myself. She sat at a table making no attempt to take my order. We never spoke. I won't return. For many months my friends had been telling me that it was not a good place to get something to eat, I wish I would have stayed away. Bye ee

Does not even deserve one star. I walked in while female behind counter was throwing the meats around. worst customer service rude females would not put condiments or cheeses or requested breads. Made lousy sandwichs. When i asked for mgrs names they lied about owners names as well as their own. Will never return

Great experience usually! All the other reviews are right, efficient and helpful. The most recent time I went though, we were asked to build the sandwich before and she wrote everything down. So we were kinda just left waiting at the end the whole visit. Always have a good experience though.

Usually have all items for a sandwich. Basic sandwich, chips or cookies....Nothing really special. Kinda needs a menu change or some additions. Jersey Mike's is tastier to me but we don't have one in Lompoc.

Asked about the new meat they had and they couldn't explain wkat it was, they couldn't tell me if it was beef or pork. Store seems run down fountain drinks out of order.

It could've been better! It was messy and the veggies weren't Evelyn distributed. The tomatoes and spinach looked old. Asked for extra sauce on the side and she barely put some in the little cup container. Not even halfway full! They have the handicapped parking in the back yet the back door is locked! Seemed very unorganized. Nice employees! But don't seem to know what they are doing.
