I never had a bad experience going here i have lived here for 11 years the only slightly bad experience i had is one time they forgot my bacon they're nice never rude amazing customer service the foods good cookies are amazing 5 stars in the end

Stopped in a little after 9:00pm after a long drive (my fault I didn't look up their store hours. However, the reason why I stopped in was their "Open" sign was on and their door was wide open. By that logic I assumed they were open. I took two steps in the front door and the employee at the counter said "We're closed bro". First of all, I'm not your "Bro"! Second of all, if you're closed, turn off your "Open" sign and shut your front door. Third if you were closed you and the girl behind the counter should be cleaning up the store not shooting the breeze behind the counter looking like you're ready to take an order.

It breaks my heart how much this subway has gone down the tubes. They are always out of ingredients and don’t get the order correct. Not to mention how slow the service due to the fact there just one person that works there. The place is a hot mess with a 1/4 of the inside with stacked boxes of inventory. This use be my favorite Subway and now we have to go into town to get our subs.

I went in to order one sandwich which ended up taking 30 minutes to get. A new employee was training so I was trying to be very patient while waiting. A customer that came in after me eneded up having his order taken before me and then employee looks up at me and says " wait who was first" knowing damn well 15 minutes before when I first walked in she greeted me with a " hello welcome to subway" and he hadn't entered the establishment yet. She had already started his order, so I again politely said no problem you can continue with his order. Extremely rude on his part as well but he was a teen so whatever! So after 25 minutes I get my sandwich order taken and the bread I received was crunchy, she forgot 2 vegetables and I asked for extra oil which I did not end up getting. No offer of a discount, free drink, cookie, nothing!!! Never again.

Do not get food here! I don't know what's going on at this restaurant. The quality has gone down. Once, the bread on my sandwich was raw in the middle. The owners don't do anything to fix the problems. Just go downtown and get a sandwich there.

No free wifi. Actually, NO free wifi for any Lompoc area Subways yet free wifi sticker posted at every location. Also, the soda fountain has been broken for more than a year.

Despite mask mandate being reinstated yesterday, none of the three employees were wearing masks, bread was stale as always and soda machine was broken. Place is dingy and in general shambles.

Went to the Vandenberg Village location today for lunch. I usually visit this place once a week and noticed a new employee today. VERY PROFESSIONAL & RESPECTFUL. His attitude was pleasantly cheerful like someone who enjoys his employment. A nice change from a very different experience I had at a separate franchise recently. I ordered 3 sandwiches and changed a few things a couple of times, totally my fault but he handled it nicely. Didn't sweat it at all. Need more people like him!!! There was hardly any wait, but if there had been would be worth it for TOP service like what I saw today. He was the only person working the counter while I was there but he didn't miss a beat. So it's worth mentioning he was very efficient & kind. Greatly appreciated & wonderful to see nowadays. Thank you to this young man. I'm sorry I forgot to get his name to acknowledge the excellent service, but I was there today and the receipt time stamps shows 1:38pm.
