If you have not tried these tacos, you need to get down to Lompoc and do so immediately. Every single guest we had praised the catering this company did for us. We chose them because we have had the pleasure of getting to enjoy their food at several local concerts. I cannot say enough good things about the food, the owners, and the great attitude they bring with them.

Food is good not great, pricey but so is everything now a days. Serving time is moderate to a bit long which in my opinion if you’re going to be a food truck with high prices I expect fast paced service especially if there’s isn’t a long line. This isn’t an outrageous ask as I’ve seen great Birria food trucks (Instagram famous and all that) pump out orders to hungry customers. Not a fan of being charged a tax even when paying cash; it’s a food truck so I don’t expect this and honestly it’s the first time I come across this. Just charge the extra change and reflect it on the menu.Overall if it was at my disposal I might buy food again.

Best food truck on the central coast! Their food is beyond amazing and the staff is so great! We love the Birria Quesadilla...it is our go-to everytime. We have also tried the tacos and the strawberry fresca....both are amazing! We love seeing them at our community events, such as softball and baseball. Today they were at Orcutt Youth Softball and even though we didn't have games there, we drove down to get some amazing food and to support them. Make sure you put the salsa on the side...it has a fiery kick!!

I ordered the 3 tacos which came with beans and rice. Keep in mind I have never had Birria Tacos before. When I tell you it was legitimately one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth it would be underselling how good they were. Juicy meat with a creamy cheese inside while also having a small crunch to it on the outside. 100% worth every bit of money I spent. 10/10 will go again and recommend you try them if you haven’t!
