Probably the worst pho I’ve ever had. The broth came out cold, which completely ruins the experience, and to make matters worse, the shrimp was raw. Not undercooked — raw. This place clearly doesn’t take food safety or quality seriously. Won’t be coming back.

It's as easy as 1.2.3 Great crew. TY for the big portion of brisket, flank beef, tofu & mushroom pho, and extra basil. Soup could've been hotter & noodles less stuck together but still YUM. Lemon grass chicken was good, too. Open late (till 10:00), perfect for refueling after a night of symphony.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! when I first arrived for MY PICKUP ORDER I called them to make sure the extra sauce and veggies could be added even tho I already added it online ! then the gentleman who brought my order out was so rude I said thank you so much HE STARED AT ME !!! then I get home and GUESS what THERE WAS NOTHING IN MY BAG ZERO VEGGIES FOR THR PHO ZERO SAUCE ZERO UTENSILS !! So then I drive all the way back let them know I have to come back now because nothing was in my bag and the person on the phone the young lady says “ OK “ I then let her know I’m outside and she says “ well bring it out when we can “ haha!! After 8 mins and having to drive back to the store from home !! I call again and the same gentleman who was rude before says ok we don’t see you even tho I was right infront ATP !! I felt so disrespected!!! he then proceeds to continue to have me wait !!! and then comes out with the bag and I’m attempting to tell them how that was just like very terrible customer service like not only am I a customer !!! But I come here often ! a bunch of kids who hate their job taking it out on good customers !!! I WILLLL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN !!! LITERALLLY 0/10!!! This place is in downtown Long Beach. The public parking is good. The first two hours of parking are free. Each hour after will be $2.00 I ordered the pho with wide noodles, brisket, rear flanks, and meatballs. The broth is good and very flavorful. But a tiny amount of noodles, only two pieces of flanks, one and a half pieces of meatballs (one meatball cut in half into two, there were three half meatballs, a total of one and a half), no brisket. My daughter added shrimp to her order. Shrimp is an additional $3.00, and there were only three shrimps.

Ordered delivery. The veggie pho was good. Ordered the vegetarian crispy bao. They tasted an awful lot like pork and had pieces of egg. So either they have really good fax meat or they made a mistake. I had already eaten half of one trying to place the flavor. Definitely hope I don’t get a stomach ache since I have been veggie 18 yrs.

the pho was plain ol NOT GOOD. they charge 3.00 extra for shrimp and only gave 2 pieces. I literally had 3 pieces of rare steak (old and hard) and 2 pieces of shrimp. broth was warm and not hot .... I don't know what was going on that day. the food was bad, the service was a C. I bought my family here to eat on a Friday night, in total I paid 85.00 and left angry.
I suggest serving the food a bit warmer , not being so skimpy on the meat, and improving the broth flavor. please teach the employees this .

So many positives! I try and go for pho for dine in only because usually it doesn't hit the same for home delivery until I discovered this place. I love how everything is packed separately, in good quality spill proof containers and how everything (including the veggies tray that separates noodles from broth) is microwave safe. The biggest pro for me was they vegan pho and broth option that actually tastes amazing and authentic. Kind of rare to find in long beach.I did also get the fried vegetarian baos too and it was so good. The baos filled me up and the pho lasted for 2 other meals. Nothing negative to say!

I ordered pho with wide noodles (shoelace wide) brisket and rare flank and shaken beef with fried rice. Pho was 3.5/5. Does the job. Broth tastes good but could use more beef. Brisket is not as fatty or as "briskety" and could not tell apart from "rare" flank. Also, I should have ordered the shaken beef with white rice. Flavors were too overpowering with fried rice and bordered on being too salty and there weren't too many beef pieces. 2.5/5. Overall it does the job but could be better. Portion size is normal. I'm not a heavy eater but finished both dishes in one sitting so they could definitely be larger. I think if I just had the pho I would have been left wanting more food.
