the phò has a savery and rich broth. they keep the menu simple and it makes everything they serve taste so good. the Bahn mi is one of the best I have ever had. I always order extra veggies on my Bahn mi and I recommend you add extra to yours. best Bahn mi. again amazing Bahn mi. order the Bahn mi.

Probably the worst pho I’ve ever had. The broth came out cold, which completely ruins the experience, and to make matters worse, the shrimp was raw. Not undercooked — raw. This place clearly doesn’t take food safety or quality seriously. Won’t be coming back.

It's as easy as 1.2.3 Great crew. TY for the big portion of brisket, flank beef, tofu & mushroom pho, and extra basil. Soup could've been hotter & noodles less stuck together but still YUM. Lemon grass chicken was good, too. Open late (till 10:00), perfect for refueling after a night of symphony.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! when I first arrived for MY PICKUP ORDER I called them to make sure the extra sauce and veggies could be added even tho I already added it online ! then the gentleman who brought my order out was so rude I said thank you so much HE STARED AT ME !!! then I get home and GUESS what THERE WAS NOTHING IN MY BAG ZERO VEGGIES FOR THR PHO ZERO SAUCE ZERO UTENSILS !! So then I drive all the way back let them know I have to come back now because nothing was in my bag and the person on the phone the young lady says “ OK “ I then let her know I’m outside and she says “ well bring it out when we can “ haha!! After 8 mins and having to drive back to the store from home !! I call again and the same gentleman who was rude before says ok we don’t see you even tho I was right infront ATP !! I felt so disrespected!!! he then proceeds to continue to have me wait !!! and then comes out with the bag and I’m attempting to tell them how that was just like very terrible customer service like not only am I a customer !!! But I come here often ! a bunch of kids who hate their job taking it out on good customers !!! I WILLLL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN !!! LITERALLLY 0/10!!! PLZ STOP HIRING PPL WHO DO NOT LIKE COMING TO WORK !!!!

This place is in downtown Long Beach. The public parking is good. The first two hours of parking are free. Each hour after will be $2.00 I ordered the pho with wide noodles, brisket, rear flanks, and meatballs. The broth is good and very flavorful. But a tiny amount of noodles, only two pieces of flanks, one and a half pieces of meatballs (one meatball cut in half into two, there were three half meatballs, a total of one and a half), no brisket. My daughter added shrimp to her order. Shrimp is an additional $3.00, and there were only three shrimps.

Ordered delivery. The veggie pho was good. Ordered the vegetarian crispy bao. They tasted an awful lot like pork and had pieces of egg. So either they have really good fax meat or they made a mistake. I had already eaten half of one trying to place the flavor. Definitely hope I don’t get a stomach ache since I have been veggie 18 yrs.
